Are you kidding, the eternal pushcart dog of NYC. The "dirty water " classic. This dog is the standard by which ALL dogs are measured, served with the NY onion sauce or kraut with mustard. It stands up to long time bathing in that cart and still delivers a SNAP, what a dog is all about. It offers texture and flavor, I have NY dreams about "the cart" and search for other dogs of distinction in my relocated California digs. Pinks has a snap but not the flavor, Miller is too sweet and lacks character, the closest to it is the natural casing Boars head that I have found in the Nugget....peace!

I think that this is my favorite dog. These are incredible slow boiled in beer with sauerkraut. Serve them with onions and mustard. These are also unbelievable with Sabretts onion mix. These dogs are the best.

These are on par with Hebrew National. They are the dog of choice for push-cart vendors in New York City, who sell the best street hot dogs in the world. They are just now getting wide distribution around the country.
