This is the worst garage I have ever been involved with. They will take days to complete an estimate and if it requires the vehicle to be placed on a lift they will charge you $180 as a “lift fee”. They worked very poorly with my insurance company and wanted me to pay for their lift fee separate from the estimate fees. Even after talking to my insurance adjuster they refused to release my vehicle to a garage that could complete the 40 hour job in under 14 business days they quoted as the earliest they would be able to complete the job until they were paid for the use of their lift. They even tried to charge me for storage of the car while they did the estimate. The customer service is horrible and their arrogance and attitude made me feel that they do not care about you or your vehicle. I would never go to this garage again for anything nor would I recommend it to anyone.
