My insurance covered them. I made appointment for the following week, went, sat an hour, and then was told they couldn't see me for another week. Very unprofessional. Got an insincere apology from the annoying office manager. Complete waste of time. Too many good dentists around to put up with this sort of treatment. Bit of a drive to my old dentist but I'm going back. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

If I could, I would give them negative stars. This place is the biggest ripoff / scam in LA! BEWARE! The only way I can see anyone filing a good review about these people is if they filed it themselves! They stole my money and refuse to refund it! They owe me $1,050. The California Dental Board is now investigating them, and I suggest that if they did the same to you, you contact the Board and file a complaint as well! In November, 2006, I went to this dental office with a tooth that was chipped off. Their doctor, Paul B. Palmer, DDS, told me that it required multiple procedures, such as filing off the teeth, crown lengthening, gum surgery, root canal and a crown. Their price quote was over $4,000. In the same seating, they proceeded to file down two of my teeth – the one that was chipped off, and the one next to it. I was then given an appointment for November 13th, 2006 to have a crown lengthening surgery done by Dr. Isaacs. They made me pay $1,050 – for two porcelain crowns to ... Read more

"Don't go there unless you want to be treated like cattle. This is a very unethical dental office. I only went there because it was close to my home and because my they took California Dental Insurance. The first time I called there and got put on hold for 15 min to get my first appointment should have been already a sign not to go there. I got a crown down, they charged me a arm and a leg for it and it was done very unprofessional, the staff, including all 3 dentists there are TERRIBLE, all they want is your money - they treat you like you are an animal and not a human being. STAY FAR FAR AWAY, any other dentist is probably much better in Culver City , it can't get worse.

Dr. Rudin handled my wisdom tooth extraction in 2007 with the utmost care. His pre-operation explations and advice were very helpful, the post-op visits were pleasant, and I felt safe in his hands during the operation itself -- which went, needless to say, flawlessly. He is like the sweet old grandfather that lets you keep your teeth afterwards. =)

I'm suprised to know that I'm the 1st person writing a review on this Doctor! This guy is sooo cool. Unfortunatley I needed surgery...but I'm glad Dr. Isaacs did it. He explained my treatment in detail...this guy made sure I knew what I was getting done. During the surgery he would make sure I was doing ok and telling me how good of patient I was. The next day he even took the time to call me and follow up. I strongly reccomend this doctor. He's really good and has a way of making you feel comfortable about having surgery.

I recently had my 1st dental visit in a long time (not something to brag about) because I thought I was afraid of the dentist. I soon found out it's not so bad. From the moment I walked in, the front office staff was really nice and helpful. Even when explaining my dental treatment, they were patient when I asked about a million questions. My doctor was very nice too. They also have this really cool office. They have tv's in the room and most importantly it's really clean! The whole experience was very nice.

What a great office! the staff and doctors are great. I had my teeth bleached and just started me invisalign. The office was clean. My kids loved Dr. Collins. I highly recommended this is on of the better offices in the area.

My experience was a nightmare. The staff is rude (especially the office manager who deals with billing). I noticed they have no experience with children and are very insensitive and down right offensive. They lack all skills that are expected from a respectable doctor's office. Someone should take them to court already!
