Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service

Timely response. Called to ask if I would like them to arrive earlier than scheduled. Courteous & thorough in diagnosing the problem. Determined a better approach to fixing the problem than the process used a year ago. Hopefully the problem will not recur.

Our plumbing problem started New Years day and was finished yesterday 1/6/10 with John installing a new pipe where the tree roots had taken root (no pun intended) of our water line. Took less time than expected and better cost was under the estimate. Yeah John.

Roto-Rooter did a great job clearing a blocked sewer line. The service technician showed up on time and was very professional in examining the problem and offering a solution. They fixed the problem the first time and everything works great. Thanks Roto-Rooter. I definitely recommend them to anyone else!

Saturday morning we had water all over the living room floor. In under one hour our technician arrived and started fixing the problem. He explained things to me many times with patience. After getting the dreaded news from the water company - "you have a leak". I did what most people do and panicked! I have to say that Roto-Rooter was not my first call (HUGE MISTAKE) - The first plumber came out and said, "Nope you don't have a leak, the city is at fault" - After wasting 2 days - I knew it was time to call the professionals so I called Roto-Rooter. Well, was having a relaxing Saturday morning when the downstairs toilet starting spewing out water while my daughter was taking a shower. After nearly falling head over heels running through the small flood, I turned off the water valve behind the toilet and began the cleanup effort, not fun. After plunging intensely and noticing the water in the sewer line through the outside caps, I realized I had a backup I could not fix. Flipped through the yellow pages and immediately recognized the name Roto-Rooter and their huge 2 page ad. What I liked most about the ad was the no additional charge for weekends and the free estimate and service call. Slavic arrived in about an hour and had the diagnosis ( backed up in outside sewer line probably due to tree roots penetrating the line ) and problem fixed within an hour after his arrival.
