I am not an expert on laser hair removal. I have always loved the idea of saving time and money by eliminating the need to shave, but was nervous to take any steps toward hairless heaven until a friend recommended Tenaya. I should have done it sooner! If you're like me and have to shave every day, then every day you go without laser treatment is an unnecessary waste of time and money. Tenaya's extremely helpful and knowledgeable owner will negotiate a reasonable price, and the registered nurse who does the treatments will make you feel comfortable and relaxed. For both men and women, laser hair removal at Tenaya is the way to go.

I heard about The Titan through my dermatologist and I called around, Tenaya had the best price and I went there for a consult. The nurse I met with (named Camille) clearly has a lot of experience and her energy left me feeling very comfortable. I got the "3D anti-aging package" which also has photofacials and laser facials as well as the Titan. They said that it heats different layers of the skin and it all works together. I have been thinking of a face lift and thought I would just go for this and try it first. I can't believe it, after my first treatment I already see some improvement!!! I see the area under my eyes and my neck already tighter, and some brown spots are starting to fade. I can't wait for the rest of my treatments, I get 4 more visits and I'm feeling good about this place.

This is the best place in San Francisco to get laser hair removal! I had my underarms done in Los Angeles a few years ago, but wanted to get my bikini area done and wasn't sure where to go for laser treatment in S.F. I went to Tenaya based on positive CitySearch reviews and totally lucked out. The RN who treated me, Lisa, made me feel really comfortable and had the session over in minutes. The laser they use is less painful than LightSheer lasers (which was used on my undersarms in L.A.), I'm already seeing great results, and the price was 1/2 of what many other places in S.F. are charging. I still have a couple more sessions to complete the bikini area, but I'm so over waxing - I'm going back to Tenaya for my legs next!

So far, Great! I just had my first laser treatment ever and I am glad I went with Tenaya. They are very personable and Lisa, the nurse,is very knowledgable and experienced. I felt comfortable and the rates are very fair. I was looking for somewhere that I could build a repeat relationship with and try diffeent treatments, this seems to be the place.

I was treated somewhere last year, but my friend told me that Tenaya's laser felt better and worked faster that other lasers. It was true! I had my legs, arms, and bikini done, and it only lasted about an hour for everything. Plus it felt a lot better than the other laser I had and they gave me a great deal. I must say Dr. Hughes did an amazing job on my lips. They look natural and full... He's awesome and talented at what he does. I was nervous about my lips looking too fake, but he did a fatanstic job. I love them!

My dermatologist told me about Tenaya because they have the Titan for sagging skin. I recently lost weight and I was told that this treatment can tighten the skin on my face and neck and also prevent future sagging. I shopped around and found that they had the best price for the Titan, and after my first visit I have already noticed results! The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. The nurse was very good and also nice (I felt comfortable). I then scheduled Botox and the price was better than what I paid before and their doctor was a really sweet man. A really nice med spa!

Spa not to code, I had BURNS from the laser. Unprofessional management, guy was totally inappropriate and creepy. Stay away from this place.

The IPL laser facial treatment was a snap to fit in during my lunch break and the results were immediate. Sun spots, freckles and tiny broken capillaries had vanished. It's nice not to have to schedule a special visit to the dermatologist for this type of treatment. It was simple, quick, painless and easy! Great results - thank you.

The spa has a boutique feeling that I liked. The staff their was attentive and even gave me a zola acai drink when I arrived. I had heard about the Titan and how it is supposed to take away loose skin from the face and stomach (I saw it on Access Hollywood who said that Felicity Huffman uses it). The nurse told me that it takes 3 visits for the results of the Titan to show, but I see some results have the first visit! I am thrilled and recommend this spa.

Honestly this was the best bikini laser treatment I have ever had. The laser felt better than my past experience, and the nurse was skilled and also personable.

I visited Rosewater for both a facial and eyebrow wax. The spa was beatiful, tranquil and a unique San Francisco style space. I am a total perfectionist and hard to please, and the services exceeded my expectations. Heather, my esthetician, was professional, sweet and had amazing attention to detail. It was, by far, one of the best spa experiences I've had. I highly recommend it. And, I LOVED all the yummy products that are available to buy!
