Rock Band 2

This is exactly what my daughter wanted for her birthday. She loves it. Please note the description on amazon does not list the microphone but there is one in the box.

Hesitated to buy this (we already have Guitar Hero).... but this was offered at a great price and could be more fun for 2 or more players, so decided to buy it. It really is fun - for the whole family! We're having GREAT family time with it. I always end up singing, my hubby on drums and daughter on guitar. We like the music selection (good for my daughter to hear some old rock classics!), the characters and changing them up, the venues.... We still have more places to travel, music to open and play, more to see - so alot more ahead of us to enjoy. The things we wish were different... the guitar strum is really stiff - your thumbs get a real workout, then starts to ache (not like our other guitars). The overall graphics are okay, could be better; we're all so used to modern technology in our tv reception that gaming videos always seem slightly fuzzy in general. My kids think that this game ROCKS! They like it better than Guitar Hero because it has "better songs". I decided to buy this for them because they did really well in school, the recent price drop also helped. As a parent I like toys and games like this to be well made. It pass the test, the instruments (drums, mic, and guitar) are very well made, great quality, and the kids love the game, which is taking a beating on weekends. The under $100 price is great. I did not want to pay the almost $200 price for this game before. The game is very entertaining and it's way better than those hack and slash violent games that some kids are addicted to. My hat is off to Nintendo for inventing this system for all ages to enjoy. Amazon is great, always check here first for great prices and great service!

I turned the guitar on, test it and all was fine, but never turned on again, and don't tell me "check the batteries" or "turn the switch on behind the guitar", i did it a thousand times The game excellent, the drums and mic perfect, the guitar just worked the first time... i don't know if i'm an isolated case but that was my experience with this item, four stars for the defective guitar

I bought this for my 12 year olds birthday. The first day the guitar worked for just a couple of minutes. It is wireless so not much you can do. Called the company that it said to call and they want you to charge [...] to a credit card and they will ship you a new guitar and when they receive yours back they will issue credit at some point. Yeah right! Try to get that back and who says they will not just say they didnt receive it. I read where people all the time spends boo koos of time trying to get credits from something like this. Regardless of the note that says to not to return to the store. I am returning the entire bundle and making sure this is the last nintendo product I buy!!!

Hubby loves this game - was delivered quickly with no damage. Comes with game, drum set, 1 guitar, and the microphone. Also purchased the extra "standalone guitar" separately and we are happy with that as well.

Wow, I saved Total of over $87.00 buying this wireless drum/Guitar & Micorphone and Purchased separetly the Wii Beatles game only. I double checked this system and is the same thing as Rock Band 2 Wii Bundle without the game. Its a great item and works perfectly and we are having a lot of fun with it. I also want to buy the Rock band 2 wii game later to add to my collection. I was actually ready to "add to cart" until I noticed that they want $39 to ship this. They also don't give any information on whether these are the wireless Rockband 2 instruments. They are described as the "original" wii instruments. The first generation of Rockband instruments for Wii, did not have wireless drums or wireless mic.
