I researched for a doctor for (1) year, and then found Dr. Rifley. His results speak for themselves. He is honest and cares about each person, his skills are great and he is very gentle. Excelent physician, beautiful work, helpful and super friendly staff. My plastic surgery experience was amazing. Dr. Rifley and I were very clear with what I wanted out of my surgery (breast aug) and asked and answered all of my 10 thousand questions prior to. He was extremely friendly and professional. My husband absolutely loved him as well. My husband and I are satisfied and then some with his work. My breasts are beyond perfect. Perfectly symmetrical, shaped, sized, and my nipple is in the most perfect place. He is a true artist and I couldn't imagine ever having anyone but Dr. Rifley perform any cosmetic surgery on me or a family or friend. I am so proud of my amazingly beautiful breasts. I would have paid double if I had known what beautiful job would have been performed by this excellent doctor.

Dr. Rifley performed my breast augmentation 6 weeks ago. There was no pain or down time. I went back to work in literally 4 days. Dr. Rifley is an awesome plastic surgeon I would recommend him to anyone. My breast look so natuarl and feel so soft. Everyone that has felt them can't believe how natural they feel. I had a very bad experience with Dr. Rifley. After a breast augmentation, I had one breast larger and higher than the other. I was assured it could be fixed. First he told me to squeeze my one breast hard and it would "fall into place". When it didn't change he told me it could be surgically fixed, but I would have to pay the surgery costs again. I tried to discuss with Dr. Rifley that I had already paid and felt I shouldn't have to pay again for fixing obviously uneven breastts- they were smaller but proportionate prior to surgery. He did not even try to talk to me about it, but instead sent a certified letter dismissing me from being his patient. If you pull up complaints against Dr. Rifley you will find he has handled his mistakes with other patients the same way. I have two friends that also used Dr. Rifley that were also unhappy with their results. I wish I would have pulled up prior complaints before choosing Dr. Rifley.

I have to give Dr. Rifley kudo's! He performed surgery on my ex-wife after she had our 4th child. After the 4th child her breasts were less than an A cup. She had a C cup when we got married. At anyrate- he did a sub muscle implant using the high end implants. They are some of the most beautiful breasts I've ever seen! They were perfect! Ofcourse- we're now divorced and her new husband gets to enjoy them. And she just had another child with him, with no complications for breastfeeding. I recommend him to anyone I meet who is thinking about getting implants. I have no complaints! (and I am a TOTAL breast man!)

I have a good friend I will refer to her as JM. JM had breast surgery in Arizona and when she was post op after 8-weeks it was clear she was going to look like a freak with ugly, uneven deformed breasts. I knew of Dr. Rifley and had her contact him. He not only fixed her problem he did it with compassion and expertise. I am very sorry you had a bad experience, but without knowing your past history who can say you would have done better with anyone else. Your statements boarder on slander and you sound like someone who may have wanted something that was not possible. Dr. Rifley was a prayer answered for my friend and she is stable and happy because of his work and his ability to make a difference in her life after someone else messed her up.

Often, patients present with breast deformities secondary to previuos breast augmentations. Often there expextations are unrealistic. In a recent review the unidentified patient hypothetically might have had a similer problem. If so I would encourage the patient to seek arbitration, and I will gladly publish the out come in this forum. If the results show I was negligent I will appologize and correct the problem. If the outcome shows satisfactory results consistent with industry standards then I would expect an apology and persue appropriate defamatory and rectless actions in the appropriate venue. Comment!

I had surgery at the tune of 7k, Dr Rifley assured me if I was not happy he would make it good. WHAT A PACK OF LIES!! He made one breast larger than the other and one higher than the other. He attempted to fix it (No it wasn't free) He didn't. Then he gave up and said that was as close as he could get. He also said if I could find someone else he would give me the 7k back. I then went to the best surgeon in town, he said he could fix the problem. Dr Rifley in turn wrote me a letter and said he was done with me as a patient. So in a nutshell save yourself aggravation and lots of pain. Remember you have been warned.
