    MY CAR PURCHASE WITH RICK CASE WAS THE MOST PLEASURABLE EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD IN THE CAR BUSINESS. I WOULD BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM RICK CASE AT THE DROP OF A HAT. I'M TELLING ALL MY FRIENDS AND ASSOCIATES TO GO ON DOWN TO RICK CASE AND BUY THEIR NEXT CAR. MY HAT IS OFF TO THE FOLKS AT RICK CASE!!

    My husband and I were both very happy with the way we were treated. Our questions were answered fully and to our satisfaction. There was no pressure and no feeling of being rushed. We felt it was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Outside of giving us the car outright, nothing could have been done any better. Thank you.

    Not the usual car salesman aggressiveness made you feel very comfortable and not being pushed into the sale everyone i dealt with was the same way tried to do everything to please.

    Rick Case Hyundai service department is absoutely by far the worst...and I have been to a bunch of hyundai dealership...this one takes the cake. That service manager (Jim) I believe if he's still there is a fat joke, he says one thing and does another. Two faced and there is one really r otten mechanic that I hate. He's a real quick talker that knows everything about cars and never makes a mistake. PLEASE DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE WHATEVER YOU DO! I HAVE HAD TOO MANY BAD PAST EXPERIENCES TO TALK ABOUT AND IM NOT GOING TO WASTE MY TIME OR YOURS TYPING IT...TRUST ME DONT' GO THERE!

    Rick Case Hyundai service department has got to have the biggest bunch of sleezeballs around. I know mechanics are known for ripping you off, but these guys take it to the next level. After charging me way too much money to fix some stuff on my car the exact things they fixed stopped working a few weeks later. In the storm that followed when I called the dealership, it came to light that some of the stuff they "fixed" was never broken in the first place. The wait was long and the people were rude. If you live in Fort Lauderdale or north, I seriously suggest the drive to the dealership in West Palm. Much better prices and much better service! I will never use Rick Case AGAIN!

    I drop my car off and left it thinking I was putting my car in good hands. The man who was taking care of me told me one thing my car needed over the phone and one price. He told me my car will be finished in one hour so I waited about two hours before I picked up my car. When I ARRIVED at the service center I saw my car sitting in the section where they put the cars when there finished I ASK my service person can I have the paper work so that I CAN pay and go because I was in a rush. He begin to tell me they were not able to do anything to my car because it needs more than wHAT he thought it needs. So I STARTED asking him why did you not call me and tell me this.
