I had breast augmentation about 3 months ago. I had researched all the plastic surgeons in Austin and was most impressed with Dr. Reid's credentials. If you take a look, you'll see he was like at the top of his class in everything and you definitely want the person performing surgery on you to be a perfectionist. And on top of being a perfectionist and skilled surgeron, he might also be the nicest guy you've ever met. Him and his staff made me feel so well taken care of, it was like being amongst family. I would totally recommend Restora to anyone interested in plastic surgery!

I interviewed several plastic surgeons before my consultation with Dr. Reid. I knew after my consultation with him that he was the plastic surgeon for me. He explained my procedure in a way that one could understand and always shows confidence in what he said or does. He does not make you feel rushed or hurried. He is a truly gifted surgeon with a great artistic eye. He is compassionate, kind, considerate and a real person - not just "The Doctor." He and his wonderful staff have been extremely supportive and attentive to all of my concerns both pre- and post-op. My results are phenomenal. Do not look any further if you are considering plastic surgery…I couldn't be happier!

I had a breast augmentation, an eyebrow lift and a few other procedures. I couldnt be happier with the results, i look and feel younger and it shows. I went to a number of different surgeons before taking the plunge with Dr. Reid. His knowledge and his willingness to answer questions sold me. Dr. Ashley Gordon of Restora Austin is simply a great surgeon and wonderful person. She really listened to my needs and wants - and then delivered as promised. This was my 2nd Breast Aug- I wanted a redo as my saline inplants were starting to ripple (they had been in for about 7 years). I wanted to go with a different implant and size. Dr. Gordon went out of her way to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted. She spoke with my husband and addressed all of our concerns. My first surgeon had put in the implants that HE thought were good- not necessarily what I wanted. Dr. Gordon made sure that I knew all of the options and really worked with me to insure my satisfaction as well as making sure that the procedure was safe and a good experience. Her staff were incredibly helpful, kind and considerate-! Really, this is as good as it gets!

I was a little shy about being a male and wanting Botox, but Dr. Reid and his amazing staff made those worries vanish during my first phone call. I was impressed by the amount of time and focus Dr. Reid spent with me - I was also impressed that the doctor actually performed the injections and not a nurse - that made me a lot more comfortable too (my results were/are fantastic). Dr. Reid performed my wife's breast augmentation surgery a few months ago and she looks amazing! I had been researching and looking into breast augmentation for about three years. I had a few consultations, but I was lucky enough to find Dr. Gordon, and have her perform the breast augmentation on me. It's only been a week since my surgery, and I am truly amazed. My experience with Restora Austin was stellar from my first phone call to "ask a few questions and maybe set up a consultation". I called at 4:55pm on a Monday, and Ja-Ann, the Patient Care Coordinator, talked to me for 25 minutes asking me pertinent questions and sharing her personal experiences without rushing through anything. She was able to get me in 2 days later for a consult with Dr. Reid. On Tuesday, I made appointments with 2 other surgeons for consults the next week (I do my research on these things). But as my husband and I entered the office for the consultation, we were blown away with how serene and BEAUTIFUL the office was and then by how warmly we were greeted by every staff member in the general vicinity. Not only did Dr. Ashley Gordon repair the damage done by the first doctor but she made me better than ever! It has been life changing and I feel so good about my appearance now.
