Citrus Park was sold out for the Turandot broadcast so I bought tickets for the HD broadcast in Wesley Chapel. What a difference! Citrus Park--muddy colors, tinny sound, fuzzy picture Wesley Chapel--crystal clear picture and great sound quality. It's a longer drive to Wesley Chapel but if you go to the Met HD broadcasts, it is well worth it

We have been to this theatre many times, only to be distracted by teenagers talking and texting during the movie. Another time, the first 15 minutes of the movie had no sound and when someone finally came, we were told the movie could not be restarted. Most people walked out. But more recently, my husband went accross the mall to Starbucks, bought a coffee, and proceeded in the theatre to see a movie and was declined entrance due to the coffee. Are you kidding me? Isn't there a serious decline in movie theatre patronage these days? Should they not be fighting for each and every customer? He wrote to management not once, but twice and never got a response. We were weekly patrons and have not been back since. I guess they want everyone to pay thier over inflated prices for watered down soda and lousy popcorn.

I sadly made the decision to see a movie last night starring Ashley Judd, this forum will not let me type the name of the movie, Sunday May 27, and myself, along with six other people spoke with the manager about getting our money back, or a ticket to see a different movie. A rather portly woman said that she didn't direct/produce the movie, and they simply play them. I understand this, at no time did I ever assume this seemingly round woman could possibly direct a movie, but she is the manager, in a decision-making position to hopefully keep her patrons coming back. I say it was rather bad business, and I will never frequent Regal Citrus Park Theater again.
