Dear Mr Medsker, I want to express my sincere gratitude to you. You run an amazing company. I have had to call upon you for services twice now. Both times I was truly impressed with the way I was treated and the quality of work that was performed on my vehicles. However, I must say that the second time I called upon your company I was truly blown away; not only with the expert level repair in my own garage, but about the level of courtesy and professionalism you and your employees held. My car really needed to go to the shop this time, but with my overwelming schedule and having a sick newborn it was nearly an impossible feat. You went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired in a convenient manner for me; in my own garage, all without sacrificing the lvel of quality repair on my car. Your company is not only staffed with talented and experienced technicians in the repair method, your technicians have a true level of concern and professionalism that shines brightly through to ... The downside was coming out to my car at Albertsons and the rear end was bashed in. I had insurance to cover it, but the deductible was $250. I called Dave at Summerlin Auto Body because he was nearby, he picked up the car and had a rental car sent to me, five days later he brings my car back and didn't charge me the deductible. I'm a big fan. I recommend this business.

Las Vegas is the perfect place for recon. After my car had been hit for the third time my insurance company was going to raise my rates. The body shop I used before (Ultimate Collision, a great shop!) wanted $1200 and suggested it would cost more before the job was done. Cale from recon came to my home, repaired the bumper and polished the scratches in the taillamp and trunk, and his partner Yoan popped the dent out of the trunk for less than my $500 deductible. The car looks great, everything was fast and easy. Do I get my twenty dollars now? j/k

I’m extremely disappointed with RECON’s quality of work. I have a 2010 Mustang and originally started out with a couple small scratches around the passenger front running light. One scratch was about 3 inches long and about 1mm wide. There was also four small surface scratches a couple inches behind this that did not penetrate the clear coat. I called Dave and was very specific in that if he could not deliver a factory finish I did not want it done and would go to a regular body shop. He guaranteed a factory finish and that I would never know anything ever happened. When the technician arrived I re-verified with him that it would look factory and he said it would. On their first attempt I was amazed at how much of the bumper they painted for this small scratch. There were bugs and dirt in the paint and even black paint splatter in the clear coat from the gun not being clean. There was also a large dull patch where the factory clear coat and theirs met. I was told it would need... Read more

I am extremely disappointed with the work done on my car by Recon. The area of the bumper that was worked on is now warped. Looks like from over sanding...(Recon claims I was hit again, there is no evidence of this, scratches or marks). In addition, the paint did not match and there is a large drip from overspray. This was Recon's second attempt at fixing my bumper and they want to charge me additional money to fix the bumper a third time! They can keep dreaming, I would never allow them to touch my car again. I am extremely disappointed with the work and I could not recommend Recon.

Recon replaced the front fender, repaired dents and the bumper and painted the fender plus several other damaged areas. Before the repair, the driver's side door made a terrible, tacky "thunk" noise. After the repair, the noise was gone without having to replace the entire door. The repair was done quickly, at my convenience and finished on time, as promised. And it was a fraction of the cost of the estimate received from the dealer's body shop.
