Reasons to annex or invade Canada

Speaking as the list creator, it was meant as pretty heavy handed satire. Interesting to read through some of the comments and note that a solid minority didn't understand that.

Why would we, I see no reason. They are very good neighbors to the USA.

Let's see now, this would give us Newfies, you know who's from Quebec, goofballs from British Columbia, and a host of tit-suckers from elsewhere. Nope!

Perhaps this list was just in good fun. But you never know. Someone in the Pentagon might have seen the list and gotten a few ideas. The current administration though would never invade and annex Canada. Karl Rove is smart enough to know if that ever happened, that America would become a far more liberal country! Only Alberta would help them!
