Ready Set Grow Daycare

Ready Set Grow Daycare and Learning Center is a wonderful place for families in our community. It is sooo clean and believe me when I write this report, I visited 5 different times with my children all unannounced and was able to spend time with my children in the classroom to see how they interact with the staff. I was amazed at all of the love the staff have for the children in their care. It was remarkable. I was very pleased everytime I went in and was sure I would see something I didn't like sooner or later BUT NO it really is as good as people say it is. The director is very knowledgeable of tchild care curriculum and the proper way to run a center. Her staff seem to love her and their jobs. I was pleased and needless to say I enrolled my two beautiful children. They have been enrolled for 3 months now and I'm very pleased with my choice.

I worked at this daycare and can tell you from my inside knowledge, this daycare is a great place. The director and staff care about these children and makes sure that they are taken care of everyday. I worked for many years here until I got pregnant. I will be working in Journalism soon and my baby will be attending Ready Set Grow at that time. I will not put my precious baby any where else. Take from someone who put in a lot of hours at this daycare. It is as good as it looks if not better.

My child attended this daycare for 2 months and in that short amount of time I watched my child quickly regress. His developing speech got worse and worse. Also, he was nearly potty trained when he first started this daycare and by the time we changed schools he was afraid to even try using the potty. As if all this wasn't enough, he also became frightened to go to school because he was being bullied. There are simply WAY to many children under the supervision of only one teacher. Everytime I walked into my sons classroom it was total chaos! My child has been at a new daycare for about 3 months now. He is FULLY potty-trained, his speech gets better every day, he stays active, and best of all he loves going to school everyday. Take my advice and keep searching for a different daycare if you care about your childs well-being.

Well to start with, it is the only daycare center I trust with my children. We lived in elpaso in 2005 and my children were both enrolled in Preschool and the pre-k programs at Ready Set Grow. When ended up moving that summer. Well fortunately we were able to move back home 2 months ago. And of course my children could not wait to go back to Ready Set Grow. I went back to work right away and placed my children back in their care for their summer program...I can't believe it but this daycare just gets better and better. I was highly impressed years ago when my child were there and I am even more impressed now. Their programs just keep improving even when you think there is no room for improvement. Ready Set Grow Daycare is a wonderful place. This daycare provides a wonderful learning environment for all of it's children enrolled. I was impressed from the minute I walked in and was greeted by Ms. Linda. The place is bright, clean and has lots of toys. I took a tour and saw many wonderful things, teachers interacting with the children, reading to them, dancing to music. I was just absolutely pleased. I visited many times before I actually selected this daycare for my three beautiful children. I was always pleased with what I saw. My children have been at Ready Set Grow Daycare for 2 full months now and I know I made an excellent choice for my babies. They are 9 months, 2 years and 7 years old. They are very happy there. They don't even want to come home at night. Breaks my heart but I know this means they are being taken care of properly during the day. They have formed bonds with the staff and just really love it at Ready Set Grow.

the daycare is a very nice place for my children. They really enjoy going and run in the door when we arrive. I love this daycare and hope it will be around for a very long time. I know Ms. Betty expects a lot and I am so glad to see that. Many centers I visited showed staff not interacting and just sitting around talking while the children were not engaged in any type of activity at all. Congrats to Ready Set Grow on a job well done and for once again receiving the all achievement in childcare.

I believe the person that wrote the last review was probably an irrate worker who probably was let go. My children have been in Ready Set Grow Daycare for the last 6 years. II used to work there myself and NEVER saw what she is describing. I am really disturbed that someone would write this an force children to go to centers that aren't anywhere close to carrying for children like Ready Set Grow does. The director is awsome, simply awesome. I have NEVER worked for a director who gets her hands dirty and cares for the children giving the teachers and children materials. My children still go there even though I no longer work there and I would NEVER take my children anywhere else. I have walked in on many occassions and never seen what that person is describing. It's a fantastic place and my children love it. SHAME on whom ever wrote this message...you couldn't be more wrong.

Yes, this place is clean, colorful, and happy appearing when you first walk in, but there are things that many parents don't see or notice. The director is psychotic and completely full of herself. She yells and screams at the workers in front of the children. The playground area in the back has the most disgusting sandbox contaminated with huge spiders and old broken toys. There are a lot of toys, especially too many things for the kids to climb on top of and get hurt. The director is very concerned with pay, so she will use any opportunity to increase the student-teacher ratio. Most of the time, teachers are in there with way too many kids to handle and supervise at once. When kids act up, there is no structured way of handling it. You're kid will likely be under the supervision of 3 different highly untrained, underpaid staff members in one day.

Its a really nice daycare. I have felt very comfortable having my children in Ready Set Grow for over 2 years. My children love it there and my husband, me and my parents, the children's grandparents are very happy with the kindness that they have shown our children and other children everyday.

I read these reviews when looking for a daycare for my children. I can say that I called first...they were very informative on the phone and friendly. I was invited in to see the place. I did not need to set up a time to come in. I was told to come visit during anytime during business hours. I was pleased with that. I did go visit them and other centers. My kids did NOT want to leave ready set grow daycare and learning center. We did end up enrolling. We were very happy with what we saw. Our children are happy when we go to pick them up and I can see a big difference in the learning environment that goes on there. I am very pleased and would like to thank everyone who wrote a review on this daycare. It's hidden and I might not have even known it was around had I not read the reviews first...thanks for taking the time...It's a great place!!

really good place for children. always happy children happy staff laughing and seem to enjoy being with children and around each other. VERY VERY clean and always smells nice not like other daycares with stinky diapers and crying children, staff that hate each other. This is really a fantastic environment for children. I know my children love it and my wife and I are VERY VERY pleased with the staff, the curriculum and the management. great place...we love it and stopped looking the minute we went in and visited. We have been very happy with our daycare choice. A very picky dad and even picker mom (shouldn't we all be like this, these are our kids people)

loving learning environment with a lot of staff who really enjoy there jobs. It shows!! Director cares and is involved in every thing on a daily basis. Director is informative and has a lot of knowledge of the daycare industry and raising happy children. It's not just a daycare it's a home away from home for my children and my entire family really. I had my children in lots of other daycares and never was very pleased. Until now, I am pleased with this daycare and my children enjoy and look forward to going to daycare everyday. They are singing new songs and when I pick them up they can't wait to tell me about their day. Boy what a difference this daycare has made in my life. This is a good daycare center. Iam very happy and believe me I am very picky when it comes to my family. The staff is all very nice to deal with and good to the kids who go there. It is a clean place and has lots of toys and art work hanging on the walls. My daughter cant wait to get in the door in the morning when I drop her off. She sometimes even hurts my feelings but, I guess that should make me happy that she is comfortable there. It does, I know she loves it there and i am thankful for all that they do at ready set grow daycare and learning center. Keep up the good work ladies.

The above mention facility, Ready Set Grow is a very pleasant child care center. My two children went to head start and when I was unhappy with them not learning a thing, I decided to take a day off and go visit the facility. Well I was welcomed into the center right away. I was shown around and asked lots of questions about my children. I was walked into the Pre-K classroom and invited to stay and watch. I was so excited to see how happy the children were and how much fun everyone including the teacher, Ms. Betty was having while doing a music activity. I decided at that time to put my children on the waiting list. Unfortunately the class was full at this time. When I was able to enroll my childen, they have Learned so much and are excelling in school this year. Their teachers say they are had a great start and want to know where they went to Pre-K. My children attend Ready Set Grow. I am very pleased to say the least with my children's child care center. THe staff is the greatest asset of Ready Set Grow, next I would say the curriculum and learning environment, and then it is really clean and smells great all the time as other people have written. It's true! My childen come home singing new songs all of the time. I just love this daycare as much as my childen do.

READY SET GROW DAYCARE IS A VERY VERY NICE PLACE. IT IS SO CLEAN AND ALWAYS SMELLS GREAT. IT IS BRIGHT AND THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE ARE SO SWEET AND KIND TO THE CHILDREN. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE CARE MY KIDS GET. I HAVE A BABY, A 2 YEAR OLD SON AND MY OTHER SON IS 7. MY KIDS ARE VERY HAPPY AND MY BABY IS ALWAYS CLEAN AND HAPPY WHEN I PICK HER UP. I THINK THIS DAYCARE IS GREAT!! OTHER DAYCARES I LOOKED AT WERE STINKY AND RUN DOWN. NO TOYS OR ANYTHING ELSE TO PLAY WITH, I WAS VERY HAPPY TO FIND READY SET GROW BY ACCIDENT WHEN DRIVING DOWN THE STREET AFTER LOOKING AT SO SO MANY OTHER DAYCARES. i KNOW THERE ARE MORE HAPPY PARENTS WHO HAVE THEIR CHILDREN THERE. I SEE THE WAY MS.BETTY AND MS. LINDA ARE WITH EVERYONE AND THEY SEEM CLOSE TO ALL OF THE CHILDEN AND FAMILIES THERE.

Ready Set Grow Child Care center is a great child care facility. I am extremely happy with the care my children have gotten from the staff. My children had previously been enrolled at Ready Set Grow acouple of years ago. We moved to the west side. I was so upset when I found out they did not have a center on the west side. So I took my children to another center located on the west side near home. Well, I decided to transfer my children to the northeast where I could have them attend Ready Set Grow. Luckily, my mom lives in the northeast and makes it easier for me to have my children at the this great center. Good luck finding a center for your children. If possible, try this facility.......it's worth the extra drive.

This daycare, Ready Set Grow is totally awesome. Great center for all children. They are loving and very very nice people. Everytime I have gone in to get my baby I see the other classrooms filled with children who are happy and the caregivers are interacting with the children. The staff are friendly and the asst. director and director are always present and working with the children as well........this usually does not happen i worked in daycare and had my son in other centers and this is so not what usually happens. Ready Set Grow is a very good daycare center. they teach the child and are very loving towards all of the children. Even towards the parents. They are just genuinely nice, caring people. They care about the families and it shows so much. I had a list of places to visit and when I walked into this one I knew it was different. It felt warm and friendly. The teachers were singing and dancing with the children. The prek kids were sitting on the carpet with the teacher and they looked so happy. Really it seems like a great place so far I'm happy and my kids are very happy.

I transferred my children from another center, which I won't name. My kids absolutely LOVE Ready set grow. They come home everyday so excited about what they did at their summer camp. I can't even begin to say how this place has changed my life....I used to get calls at work and the other center would say my son was being bad...well, that all changed 2 months ago when I switched my kids. My kids love it..and the directors and staff say my kids are great......they seem so much happier......big difference in the environment and the staff compared to where Ii put my kids before finding Ready Set Grow.

I am that picky parent, it's a great center. just moved here from Fl. it's a very very nice place. My kids love it very much......clean, safe and learning center too. I went to many centers but just about gave up when a friend at work recommended ready set grow. Her kids went to this daycare/learning center until they got to old.......I absolutely love the warmth they give to the children and to the parents...the teachers all get along and you see them laughing and enjoying their jobs when you go into this center.

this daycare is nice, clean and fun........at least that's what my kids say about the summer camp. Seriously, the daycare is very clean, the daycare staff is loving and kind to everyone. The director, Mrs. Betty is very helpful and cares a great deal for the children as does the asst. director Ms. Linda. I'm happy here and more importantly my children love it and adjusted easily to the daycare. The can't wait to go every day.

Extremely nice staff, very loving caring place. I was really impressed when I first walked in. Child singing with caregiver and the lady at the desk, Mrs. Linda very sweet and informative. VERY clean compared to other places I visited....definitely a place where children are loved and cared for in a great environment. I talked to other parents who said they love this center........and that it would devestate their children to be taken out of this center at any point..I'm glad I went in...saw the ad in the phonebook.

I was just reading a review that had this center as poor ownership rude staff NEVER. can not believe someone wrote this...the only thing I can think of is maybe there competition or a parent who didn't care about their kids................this totally shocks me....parents think and know this is a great great place.......

I love this daycare. it's a great place with great staff and best of all, the activities, the love and the cleanliness.

Ready set grow facility is a blessing to me and my husband, my children absolutely love it. My husband and I looked at many center reviews on this site and wrote down the address' and went to visit the ones in our area. Northeast area of town. Oh my gosh, we could not believe what was out there...yuck. Then we went in to Ready SEt grow, from the very moment we walked in and were greeted, we knew this was the place for our family. They were kind, the children and staff looked very happy and to top it all of it was CLEAN and smelled GOOD and fresh. THe assistant director let my children play and enjoy themselves while hubby and I did the paperwork. And I couldn't believe all that comes with a low price...............thank you god for this place.

gosh, the mom's who wrote reviews hit the nail on the head. I couldn't say it any better. Let me begin...... I went to many daycares looking for care for my 14 month old and 22 month old. I was devestated at what is out there. I came home and told my husband I was not ready to go back to work because of what is out there daycare wise. I then decided to look on the interntet and see if maybe I could find something I missed that would be appropriate for my children.....I'm soooooooooo picky. I love my kids what can I say. So I read the reviews on Ready Set Grow. My kids have been their for 2 months and I absolutely love it. It's soooo clean and the teachers love the kids..I'd write more but, this site won't let me...

hello, I just wanted to add my 2 cents. I am a teacher in the school district and I have to say......I put my daughter in pre-K at ready set grow because the children actually learn and far exceed those who go to pre-k in the schools (our public schools). They are usually full by Aug. but have some openings as of Jan. because of military moves. It's a great program. The staff is terrific and your child will be ahead once they start school. I highly recommend this center. It's a learning center..........just ask the staff.

I was excited to see that the daycare my children go to in first place.........yeah, they deserve it...their great....I am very happy with the care my babies get..ages 2 and 7. Ready Set Grow is a good center....better then you'd ever expect a child care center to be. They are highly recommend by all who have children enrolled.

I am a single parent and I have so much stress at work. The one thing I never have to worry about is my children during the day. Ready set grow is by far the best daycare and learning center I have ever seen. I looked at approximately 15 centers near work and near home and decided on this one right away. My first impression was friendly, warm and very child friendly. My kids felt right at home from day one. The owner works in the center...........in the classroom mind you..........that says alot. How many owners actually want to be involved on a full time daily basis with the children....not many if any. I recommend you visit this center......your kids and you will be glad you did. This center came highly recommended to me by a co-worker when I was not happy with my current center. My children have been in this center for 3 years and every year it gets better. My oldest was in Mrs. Betty's pre-k class and is excellerating in kindergarten this year.......unfortunately I can not take credit for what she knows academically however, I can take full credit for investing my money in a fantastic center for my children. It is a smaller center, I believe only licensed for 90 or so but, it's so much like home to ALL of the children enrolled. The staff really care about all of the children, you can certainly tell each and every day.

Owner is very rude, condescending and sarcastic. Very unprofessional and not a safe environment for my child.
