The Heart of the Hide is a great glove. I love the way the leather conforms to your hand and helps you form a pocket. Always keep a ball in the pocket of the glove to help form a good pocket. This is the best glolve available on the market today.

rawlings sucks ... never buy one because its leather is not good enough for my athletic strong hand... i am to good of an athlete for a rawlings maybe my 5 year old sister should wear it but not for a athlete who is going to go pro like me .. i am to good for this glove it sucks .. but i do kind of make it look a little better with my charming looks...

Best gloves I ever owned. I bought the PROTB24 and loved it so much that I purchased another one. Although the price of HOH gloves are pretty high, I believe that they are worth it. The way that they feel and smell are far beyond other gloves.

I bought my 10 year old son a Rawlings HOH PRO1000-3T. He plays all positions so I wanted him to have a glove that would be apropriate for all fielding positions. After much research, I decided this model had the best mix of features. I was so impressed with the quality that I wanted one for myself! I opted for a GloveSmith Cusstom and, although it is a fine glove, it doesn't compare to the Rawlings! The HOH Series are the finest you can buy! You might pay more but you will not get a better glove. I've been a player and coach for over 35 years!

the rawlings heart of the hide glove is the best ever. i now have had my glove for 2 months and it is still not broken in fully, but once it does it will last for ever. if you order your glove in the mail the glove is much harder, and takes a long time to break in. istrongly reccomend this glove. just play catch and oil your glove.

Awesom glove. Best ever. Don't use the store bought glove oil by the way. It only breaks down the leather so you will buy another glove and more oil sooner than later. Use shaving cream everyday and tie it up with 2 or 3 baseballs (or a softball) for best results.

without a doubt, the finest baseball gloves in the world!i got my first one-a fastback basket web-when i was 15(1972),& for the last 30 years(i'm now 45 & still play softball),these are the only gloves i've used.i'm currently using the griffey model "trapeze" web, black with tan lacing.the leather is the finest quality.these gloves last forever.my only complaint is the high price, but if you want the best,it costs a little more.

All the others are still trying to catch up after 50 years. Won't happen. These gloves will become what you want them to, conform to your needs, and last for years. Great stuff!!!

This is a really great glove. It has good shape and is available in a number of styles to choose from depending upon what position you play. I could not give it a 5 for the simple reason that it is extremely expensive. It is a great quality glove though.

This series is better than All Star, and it lasts longer, but I still feel that Rawlings overprices their gloves.

The Rawlings Heart of the Hide Gold Glove Series is by far and away the best glove available today. Though they take a little longer to become game ready and broken in, the wait is well worth it.

I gave this glove a five because I play baseball and own this type of glove. I have had it for a couple of years now and it is still in good condition. It was easy to break in, and the leather is still strong.

These gloves are the best that Rawlings makes. They are 100% quality leather. No plastic or synthetics. They are long lasting, but because they're all-leather, they hold up best when given leather-food.

Nice feel to the glove. Doesn't take much time to break in. Good flex on the glove so the ball doesn't pop out. Quality finish to the glove.

I think that this is the best baseball glove available on the market today. I have been playing baseball since I was twelve years old and I have used the same gold glove all this time. Although it takes a while to break it in, the feel that you can get from it surpasses other gloves. I have borrowed gloves from friends, and none have the same comfort.

Although the leather is brick hard upon purchasing, once the glove is broken in it will last a lifetime. The Heart of the Hide series takes a lot of time to break in, but with a lot of catch, the glove and player both improve. I have one Heart of the Hide gloves and it has lasted me eight years. The price is well worth the glove.

Very easy to break in. Comes pre-oiled and with a deep pocket for infielders. Good leather laces.

It's good because I find comfort in wearing it. I used it once in a championship game, and I caught a line drive, and it didn't even hurt. Since then, I've fallen in love with it.
