This attorney is not going to do what he says he will, he will get your money and lie to you, BE VERY CAREFUL AND DO YOUR HOMEWORK, GO TO A FEW OTHER REAL ATTORNEYS AND GET THE REAL STORY.

Mr. Goldberg is not as good as he represents himself, for the last fourteen years he has been forging his clients signatures to all kinds of documents and his associate Adam Parmelee has been stamping those forgeries with his Notary Stamp, Mr Parmelee has admitted in Court under oath that he never kept a notary book (required by law) Parmelee admitted under oath that he notarized over 1000 clients signatures which are void. Mr Goldberg will be facing the Judge in Bankruptcy Court to here the courts verdict in a very short time.

I went to Goldberg with my bankruptcy case and was glad I did. He took care of everything. With bankruptcies at an all time high I am glad that there is someone like Randolph helping people through these troubled times.

When I filed bankruptcy with Goldberg, I was expecting to lose everything. I even made arrangements to move in with my parents if I lost my house. Goldberg assured me that I would not lose everything and I didn’t. I got to keep my house and my car. Sure I lost a few things, but I’ll survive. Now I can get my life back on track.

Randolph knows his stuff. When I sat down with him to talk about my bankruptcy he laid out all the facts in a way I could understand. I left his office with no lingering questions and he said that if anything came up to look on his blog to see if the question was answered there, and if not to email him with the question. I am doing a chapter 7 filing and just recently went to my first hearing. I am confident that with him everything will go smoothly and I will end up debt free.

Mr. Goldberg is the most knowledgeable attorney in town. Whenever I asked a question he answered it without hesitation and put it in terms that I could understand instead of sounding like a law dictionary. He even offered me a payment plan for the attorney fees because of my financial situation, which is great considering most people who are filing bankruptcy could use the extra help. A lot of my friends asked me if his services were worth the time and money and I said absolutely.

Randolph has a “no bull” way of doing business, which is what you want when you are going through a bankruptcy. Personally, I don’t want someone to beat around the bush with my future. He got right to the point during our first meeting and in the courtroom. I’m glad I went with him, I have 0 regrets.

I found Goldberg after searching online for bankruptcy information. He has writing several high-quality articles on his blog. I figured that he would be the best choice since he seems to know what he is talking about. I went to his office and had a free consultation and my assumptions proved to be correct, he, and his staff are very knowledgeable. I haven’t been to court quite yet, but I feel very confident that I will not be disappointed by him.

I had a good experience with Mr. Goldberg's bankruptcy firm here in Las Vegas. I'm a widowed father of 2 and had bills piled over my head. I moved quickly and he filed Chapter 7 for me. I'm now debt free as a result, what I earn I keep minus the IRS but they will always get their cut. I'm no longer stressed and my kids are much happier without me riding them about how expensive everything is. I know that bankruptcy can be really tough and it takes a thick skinned lawyer to get the job done. I think Randolph Goldbergs bankruptcy firm is just that, a thick skinned group that can get the job done. I thank Randolph for the quick honest reality check that he put on my case, it helped me to get to a decision and learn the reality of what my situation really is.

My wife and I met with Mr. Goldberg a few months ago to begin the bankruptcy process. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. He was very easy to talk to and answered all of our questions with straightforward answers. We felt very confident that we had chosen a good attorney, and I am glad that we chose to use his firm. When we went to our 341 hearing, we got a chance to see what happens when you hire a cheap law firm. We watched a few cases before ours and we were surprised at the level of competence of the other firms. Some were up there for half an hour! When we went up our paperwork was complete and organized, and we had zero problems. We sat for our case for about ten minutes total. I absolutely recommend him to anyone. I have referred several people to him, including close friends, and I will continue to do so.‎

Goldberg is not afraid to tell you how it is. I like that about him. I visited 2 other bk lawyers and they both had many many options for me, all of which sounded unsure. It sounded like they just wanted my business but when it came down to it I was going to be doing exactly what everyone else was doing, a Chapter 13 or 7. Goldberg reviewed my situation for free at his office and I was able to make some pretty important decisions quickly within 10 minutes. When you listen to him and they way he puts it, everything for me made sense. I had been thinking about it but because no one challenged me to make a decision, I was still holding all the weight on my shoulders. Goldberg challenged me and I made the decisions, and the rest is history. His firm has been here in Vegas for over 10 years so the paperwork was not difficult nor was filing. There weren't any surprises on my case.

I have used Mr. Goldberg for my personal bankruptcy in the past and was completely satisfied with his services. In this tough economic time it's nice to know that there is an honest attorney out there not just looking to make a quick buck off other people’s misfortunes. I defiantly give him my personal seal of approval and would recommend his services to everyone I know.

Six months ago Randolph filed my bankruptcy. I had a little more than a week before my home would have been sold at auction. Randolph was understanding and got right to the point. I was informed as to the steps he would take and what documents I needed to produce. Due to his fast action, I am still in my home, the future looks good. When I have had questions I am able to call her and have my answer. If he is in court, he returns my call the same day. In short, Randolph saved my house.

I went to Randolph Goldberg feeling quite ashamed of my financial status. Chapter 7 was my only option. Randolph told me that I was not a horrible person and that bankruptcy can happen to anyone. He was very thorough, very knowledgeable, and very affordable. I did not have one problem with him or anyone of his staff. Whenever I called with questions they were answered right away either by him or one of his helpful staff members. My bankruptcy was completed and now my debt has disappeared all within 6months, which is nothing considering I had about 2-3 years worth of debt backed up. Please send anyone you know who needs either a bankruptcy attorney to Randolph Goldberg. I promise he is the best.

I've been in my home now for 12 months without making a payment, not sure how I got to stay for so long, but the bank finally caught up with me and issued the notice of default. I'm really attached to my place, sure it wasn't of my financial means to be keeping, but I wanted to stay there, and rightly so in today's economy, my house is only worth 250k, but in the peak it was worth 750k. I bought for 595 and thought I had it good sitting on 100k of equity; wow, what an eye opener that was. So now upside down in equity wasn't so bad, except for my loan arm adjusted to almost double, while I took a paycut at my job of 10 years as a metal fabricator. Regardless, I went from 3,500 a month payment to 5,900 month payment. Not something that was cool by any means. I mean come on really, I was paying interest only on a house that I could rent today for 1,600 - 1,800 a month. I love the place but really Goldberg brought it to my attention what I was doing to myself. I was killing myself for n... Read more

I was a victim of the housing bubble bust. My house value dropped and my ARM payment went up. The bills just piled up from there, it was horrible. I didn’t know what to do then I saw Goldberg’s commercial and decided that I should go talk to him. He helped me tremendously and I am forever grateful. He helped me and my family stay in our home. Filing a chapter 7 with him was the best thing I could have done. Thank you Randy.

I don’t understand why there are bad reviews bashing Mr. Goldberg. I dealt with him twice, once for me and once with my sister, and both times I had favorable experiences. Yes, he may have a brash personality, but honestly that would be the kind of lawyer that I would want in the court room, not some push over. As a client filing bankruptcy, you cannot try to negotiate with him or act like you know more than him either. If you did you would not need his services. These bad mothers are just sore because they may have lost some things, but that’s what bankruptcy is. You can’t afford to have what you have so you sell it. I’d recommend him to anyone.

I saw Mr. Goldberg after seeing his Television commercial and was able get right in. Let me tell you, this guy is busy and rightfully so. There are tons of us in this situation and not enough BK attorneys that can handle the common persons BK without charging an arm and leg for it. I'm down to my last resort, I've tried the best I could to do it myself and failed. Mr. Goldberg handled it, filed quickly and got it done. I don't know how you measure things, but I look what got done at the end of the day. He did it for me.

What made it unique or special?I was living in my house for 5 months and not making payments to my mortgage company. I worried everyday about when I would get notice on my front door or when a constable would come to my house and kick me out. I lost my job and Last November of 2008 my mortgage adjusted and almost doubled. I was prepared for a mortgage going up. I was prepared for it because I thought my property value would go up too and I would have been eligible to refinance my home at a better rate. I didn't know we would enter a recession and jobs where going to be cut. I'm not a very technical person, but did my job well for 6 years. The problem was the rising debt, house underwater, and lowering of income. The entire situation has had me walking a tight rope and worried sick. So now after not paying the mortgage for 5 months, I worry all the time, worry when I wake up until I go to sleep and sometimes wake up in the middle of the night, just to worry some more. I can't afford a... Read more

Attorney's are like dogs, I've always hired my attorney based on who's the bigger badest dog in the group. He's definitely the big dog, and that's who I want to get me out of my jam. I got myself into it, I turned to him to get me out of it and thats exactly what he did. I don't call some pushover, I call the biggest baddest junkyard dog and let him loose on the federal courts.

Mr. Goldberg, the LEAST you can do is personally sit with a client for a few minutes, that does not justify being paid. We are not hiring you to just file a few papers and do the minimum that is required of you to be an attorney. Mr. Goldberg & his staff completely mis-managed my case which is now in shambles. Coming from someone that knows that they did not provide incorrect information, hide money earned, or complain about his fee, I would like to know what his excuse is for royally maladministering my case? Do not trust this man. It is totally worth spending a little more to get an attorney that takes the time necessary to review and file your case properly.

Mr. Goldberg was recommended to me by a friend of my parents' whom experienced problems with him after the fact and now regrets recommending him to me. He may be ok at filing a bk for you, but has no regard for what happens after the fact, or how to mitigate the reprocussions to your credit or your life afterwards. I initially saw him to resolve a vacant rental home I owned and we filed Chapter 13 to include this house. I just found out two years later after pulling a credit report that the house wasn't even filed! It was just foreclosed on and that's that. I think that was a pretty important thing to leave out of a bk that I filed BECAUSE OF! That's only one of at least 5 other complaints I have that are too long to even get into. I'm sure some people are happy with his service for simpler transactions, but for more complicated cases like mine was, it was a disaster that would have been avoided in the hands of a more competent and concientious attorney. At this office you're t... Read more

I am shocked by such ridiculous comments and accusations. I meet with each client and at times i do curse. If you are offended i am sorry. however i find it ironic that you are all so offended by curse words but not by discharging all the money you owe people. I charge fair fees and do the work to fix your case. I do care about the client, however , i am trying to get the job done and the client must cooperate. I do not flirt with any girl or anyone's wife. Trust me i meet women all the time and sure don't need someone's wife or girl. I don't date clients, despite being asked out numerous times in past. I find these unhappy people a joke. They want me to be their personal lawyer for a small fee and answer every call personally. I pay my staff for that and am in my office everday from 10 to 3 if anyone wants to see me..free of charge. The fact that i have all girls, some of which are pretty, and one guy has no bearing on my skills or getting the job done. Everyone of my staff... Read more

I filed bankruptcy with this so-called attorney a few years ago. While I did get my debt discharged and the process seemed painless at the time, it has since came back like a cancer to further worsen my credit. I do appreciate his help as it took care of a situation that was out of hand at the time, but I would be much happier if he had done his full job and reaffirmed the debt that I asked him to, as the papers from the creditors came to his office since creditors are not allowed to contact you once they have been informed of the bankruptcy. I do know for a fact that 2 of the creditors sent the reaffirmation agreements as they should have, but his office did not sign them to reaffirm the debts as I had requested. I am still reviewing my legal rights and will file complaints if he doesn't follow up with me like I've asked him to. I'm currently thinking of contacting a lawyer about filing a class action proceeding (this website won't let you say the "L" word) against this lawyer, and w... Read more
