Sat Nov 13 2010Ralph's great. I'm pretty sure every single other reviewer disagrees with at least 50% of what Ralph says, but that's why you read him, you sillies! Ralph cranks out a dozen reviews a day (at least) and one in fifty has something in it about the scam that is Christianity - bang! instant hatred! Turn the other cheek, you thirty piece sell outs! My beef with him is that I remember a post or two where he says he believes in God, but its the OT God. THAT'S THE ASSHOLE ONE, RALPH!

Sat Nov 13 2010Goodness, Bird-brain, what got your panties in such a wad? Let's dissect and discuss your straw-man ad hominem attacks, shall we? "Nasty, vile, twisted, ignorant creature..." Well, I can also be nice and charming when I want to be. But, no, I do not suffer fools lightly. If you are going to post strong opinions on here disagreeing with me, you had jolly well better back it up with something substantial. "He leads a very sad and bitter existence..." Well, seeing how you have no idea of what sort of existence I lead, I was wondering what you based your assumptions on. "There are two reviewers on RIA whose existence I tend to ignore by not dignifying their presence with any comments." Well, you just broke your own "rule." Oops. "Want to know the reason he dislikes some people on here? Because they had the balls to stand up to him and see through his miserable, pretentious existence." A swing and a miss! Actually, I have great respect for those who have the balls to disagree with me, ... Read more

Fri Nov 12 2010Ralph the Wonder Llama lived by the sea...How do you regard a person as an event?

Thu Nov 11 2010Nasty, vile, twisted, ignorant creature that I have absolutely no respect or time for. He leads a very sad and bitter existence that I don't wish to partake in, but merely observe with absolute pity. There are two reviewers on RIA whose existence I tend to ignore by not dignifying their presence with any comments. Ralph is one of them. Want to know the reason he dislikes some people on here? Because they had the balls to stand up to him and see through his miserable, pretentious existence. I'm no trouble-maker and I don't make enemies on this site easily, but this guy's a joke. Wonderllama's day merely exists of christianity-bashing, picking on new reviewers, sprouting pure nonsense via torrents of bile and then the same cycle over and over again and quite frankly it's getting boring and predictable. You don't need someone like Ralph to make this site lively and interesting. You honestly have to ask what kind of life must someone be leading to be so negative all the time and ... Read more

Thu Nov 11 2010Event of 2004? The guy is capable of writing reviews I find interesting and insightful. That aside, common respect and decency for others with differing opinions totally escapes him. I just laugh at him when he's making an ass out of himself, which is about 90% of the time.

Wed Jul 07 2010What happened to this guy? When he left his first review (apparently for the second time) I took great interest. His review seemed very well researched and was an entertaining read. But within minutes he was insulting anyone who disagreed with him. The review was on Immigration Reform and I actually agreed with him, but as I continued to read I noticed a theme. He would make his point, insult anyone who disagreed and turn the entire thing into a grade school pissing contest. Rather than use facts or logics to support his claims, he would use childish taunts and insults, in my opinion that hurt his position. I even tried once (against my better judgement) to engage in debate with him. But again, he showed his ass, figuratively speaking. He could not stay on topic, would send me insulting PMs and resort to the same, tired ad hominem attacks. What began as an interesting and entertaining debate quickly turned into a wearisome argument. I felt like I was arguing with a 12 year old. And as... Read more

Tue Jun 08 2010He didn't matter before and he doesn't matter now. I'm curious as to how he's been allowed back here as I recall something about him being kicked off of the site completely for numerous rules infractions, but no matter, he's still just a weak-hearted hack who puffs up his credibility in a manner nobody buys anymore. In my estimation all we need to do is quit feeding the llama and he'll drift off to wherever the hell else on the internet that he pulls his bullshit...

Tue Feb 08 2005one of the worst RIA reviewers on RIA. He was mean, always picks on people. And at times he has no interesting comments, they'd be for example. Someone leaves a coment and he comes and whines about something and give negative thoughts to the reviewer. Now thats something we all don't like.

Wed Jan 05 2005Quite possibly the most interesting reviewer this site has seen in a while. Although he did rant on a bit at times, he always left poignant and intelligent reviews. He seemed to get some folks on here really going, and that was his intent ultimately. But otherwise, whether you agreed with him or not, one cannot say that he wasn't well versed on a wide range of subjects.

Wed Dec 29 2004Ralph worked very hard to be controversial - and while it often seemed forced, especially towards the end - he was occasionally interesting. That being said, he certainly was not in my personal top 20 of favorite reviewers, so I'm not going to lose any sleep over his banishment.

Wed Dec 29 2004I miss Ralph at times, the cogent, analytical side of him that could cut away the folds of an issue and reveal it for what it really is. But the religious flaming, the degrading name-calling, the endless obfuscating of his point by blending new comments into existing posts, making it appear he had already answered your objections . . . no, he played dirty at times. Take me on, head to head, leave the chronological trail for all to read (and decide with whom they agree) like everybody else does. But when you change existing posts to make it look like whoever is taking you on is incoherent . . .thanks, but I'll take the level playing field. And, when there are devout Christians who post their thoughts every day, and you spout about Jesus-on-a-stick? He was a thrill-ride, no doubt. But what makes a thrill ride thrilling is that minimal, but ever-present risk that the car might leave the tracks. Ralph's car left the tracks sometimes, with all of us in it.

Tue Dec 28 2004Event, hell, he was a full scale thrill ride. Kinda hard to know what was coming next, and never knowing just how unpleasant or funny it was going to be. I can appreciate that he wore the folks who run the website out, and that more than a few reviewers here couldn't stand him, but I miss him.

Tue Dec 28 2004Ralph was very dynamic and could be guaranteed to liven things up on a slow day. We started out enemies, but became pals. It's hard not to appreciate someone so intelligent and creative. We miss ya, Ralph.
