I recently bought a car from R&D motors. They seemed to show that they were very co-operative before selling the car, but after buying the car the response has been pathetic. They haven't given me the second car key, and didn't bother to fix a broken windshield. They didn't even do a state inspection which was already due for the car before handing it over to me. I found more problems with the car after buying and still struggling to fix them. They will just call you and try to show that they can help if you are not satisfied. But don't expect much help from them. Strongly don't recommend going to R&D motors for your used car needs.

The guys at R&D Motors were knowledgeable and very helpful when we decided to buy a pre-owned vehicle. Our salesman (Jeremy) was never pushy or rude, he let us take the vehicle for a day to get checked out. The report on the car came out pretty good, minor issues with the vehicle were fixed by R&D Motors at no extra charge. We enjoyed doing business at R&D Motors and will tell people about our experience there.

I bought my car from them 2 months ago (at their 53rd st. location). 3 days after I bought it, the check engine light came on. I took it back, told them I smelled oil too. they told me it was the catalytic converter and because the car was sitting that was normal. They reset the light and told me to drive the car more. since I signed "as is" not a lot I could do except to take Chris' (the manager) word that if there were any problems in the first 30 days they'd take care of it. After the reset, it came back, 7 days later. I took it back, they kept it for two days and hadn't even looked at it. I couldn't be without my car and set an appt. with them to do it 10 days later while I was out of town for 5 days. when I picked the car up (now the 3rd time), they HADN'T EVEN TOUCHED IT. They reset the light for the 3rd time. I drove out to phoenix and my light came on. I took it to a mechanic out there: it was the catalytic converter and I had an oil leak soaking the exhaust system.
