I love Quizno's sandwiches and if I were just reviewing the taste I would give it 4 or 5 stars. However, the problem is their prices. Their prices are way too high. Yes, they use better ingredients and their bread is better than Subway, but when it costs about $10 for a sub that's actually smaller (at least it seems to be to me) than a Subway 6 inch and a small bag of chips and a drink, I'll pass even if it does taste good. I recently read that Quizno's franchises have a much higher failure rate than other chain restaurants. I would say this is very true and it is probably due to the same reason I don't go there anymore. The problem isn't the quality of the food, it's that the prices turn customers away. We had a Quizno's open here and it only lasted a little more than a year before it closed down. A Quizno's in another nearby town also went out of business after being forced to close due to nonpayment of taxes. It seems that the owner was using the money he should have been... Read more

I absolutely love Quizno's sandwhiches, soups, salads and desserts, but they are way to high with the prices and never offer deals on the food. My rating would be alot higher if they would lower the prices.

i hear alot of bad things about Quiznos. Every store i have heard about sounds horrible. I am a manager of a Quiznos located in Dallas, Pennsylvania, and i for one know that my store is always in the highest rating. I understand what it is like to go into a resturaunt and have poor service. Everytime i am on shift i make sure my store is clean to the fullest extent and that our food is as fresh as it can get. I know for a fact some quiznos can really suck but if u ever visit my store u will change your mind about us. All my customers always come back and our store is doing very well. Of course we are not perfect and have received a complaint or two but we have been open for two years and going strong. I apologize for everyone i have heard of that dislikes quiznos. I wish if you are ever in my area you will give my store a try i guarentee the best service for all my employees are well trained and super friendly. Our menus have changed and our food portions have doubled. I again apologiz... Read more

There is a Quiznos in North Miami, FL at the intersection of Biscayne Blvd and San Souci blvd-- I must say it really kicks butt. I have been to other Quiznos, and I have never had a good experience at any of the other places, it seems like they dont care about their bread quality, the freshness of the meat, the portions, quality of the dressing, customer service is lame etc, etc. But, I work near this Quiznos and I decided to give it a try. I don't know what it is that they do that is so different, but really it does make all the difference in the world. Their subs taste better, and I think the employees get away with putting a little bit extra into every sandwich, because I always seem to be much more satisfied than the other Quiznos in the area. They keep their bread nice and soft and its never hard or crumbly. The employees all seem to have a level head and are very nice to you as well. The only time they weren't extremely nice to me is when I went in during the lunch rush, but even... Read more

My opinion of Quiznos is best described in the first item I ever ordered. It was some sort of roast beef sandwich. They prepared it, took out some meat....and cooked it in a vat of grease. Gross sounding. Yes. But pretty damn good. Quizno's started the toasted thing but I like to think of it more as Subway's less healthier and greasy cousin. The food's good and I like it. My problem is the proportions are smaller then subway.

Quizno's is alright. They have some creative sandwiches like honey bourbon chicken and mesquite chicken. But they really should lower their prices to be competetive. $7 for a 6-inch veggie sub seems a couple dollars too high.

I have been Quiznos customer for a while but after today I will never go to quiznos. I saw the manager of this store her name was SONIA. she was yelling and swearing on one of my friend who was in line. My friend only asked her due to big lines why only one person is serving customers and others are just standing doing nothing and its lunch hour in downtown Miami. I have never seen a rude manager like that. she even refused to serve and kicked my friend out of the store. how shameful. do we need companies like that in business? the store # is 1471 and its address is 91 NW 1St Street, Miami FL 33128 store phone is 305-577-3322

I love Quizno's! All of their food is a really good quality, and very delicious. I especially love their soups. It's more expensive than Subway of course, but the quality of Subway is much lower. Most of the owners are very nice people, and treat you like your family. I'm speaking from my experiences from eating in Quizno's in central Indiana. They have coupons sometimes. But the thing to remember is the fine print, which is "at participating locations". Not all Quizno's accept the coupons, its a location by location question. Some locations can choose not to use the coupons, and it is their choice. I've seen many customers get irate over this fact and still try to insist on their coupon. So don't scream at the employees, it only makes you look cheap and mean. One of my friends worked there for the summer and told me horror stories of people making a big ordeal from the coupons. It seems like people come into Quizno's wanting better quality with Subway prices. But they are very dif... Read more

I gave this chain a try, which was a mistake.  The food was absolutely revolting.  Here in Manhattan, Quizno's is aggressively marketing their crap sandwiches at steep discount, which tells you the chain is in serious trouble in these parts.  But no wonder.  When you consider that any one of the innumerable delis in this city can put together a sandwich that's lightyears better than Quizno's, why support a soulless cashcow corporate entity that serves up sh*t?

I concur with Irish on this one. I almost never eat this kind of stuff, but a year or 2 ago, I was doing some Christmas shopping, it was getting late, and I hadn't eaten anything all day. If I go too long without something in my stomach, migraines have a habit of kicking in, so when I saw the Quiznos, I decided to bite the bullet. I figured a Quiznos had to be better, not to mention healthier, than a Burger King or McDonald's, and it was the only fast-food place in the area. Inside, I had to ask the woman behind the counter to repeat herself 5 or 6 times before I was able to comprehend that she was asking me whether I wanted cheese on my sandwich or not. "Ah...yeah." Outside, I ate it, but I can't imagine how much blander it could have been without the cheese. It had the taste and texture of excelsior. Never again; I don't care how hungry I get.

I've never eaten there but I just have to say how much I despised one of their old advertising campaigns - they had these "creatures" (sea monkeys, maybe?) that were brought to life via a very primitive form of animation and they sang in these screeching voices about the Quiznos coupons you could get but to beware of paper cuts when clipping them and they also sang about their pepper bar.  A truly horrifying ad campaign that has got to be one of the worst I've ever seen.

Terrible...That's all i got to say about Quiznos. I went to a Quoznos located in Flagstaff, AZ between Cold Stone Ice Cream and a Late For The Train. I asked for a Cheese Quesidea and the people behind the counter just started at me. I had to explian that I wanted two peices of bread with cheese in the middle. So they gave me flat bread(the bread that you get free with your salads) and some mozzerella(yuck!)and then they tosted it. I also got a small drink and when the man working at the cash register looked at the food and drink I had he said "$9.30 please." I stared at him with my mounth open. Then a women I knew said, "WHAT! $9.30 for two peices of BREAD WITH CHEESE IN-BETWEEN!" then the cash register man said,"Oh well flat bread is expensive, but I take a peice of flat bread of the price." So then I felt better thinking that he would take off $3 or so but then I saw that only $.99 was taken off. I just shook my head at him and payed up, but this is what I don't get: $1.30-small so... I went to this quiznos in El Paso Texas, its located right next a cici pizza. Well i had a little discussion with the owner of the quiznos about the military discount. I told her can i get the military discount and she tells me well it's only for the soldiers that are fighting in war and i told her well my husband is over there and she says well i still can't give it 2 you. so before walking out i told her this is the last time i'm coming here. Well when i went to quiznos my sister that works there was with me. So when we left the quiznos the owner calls my sister on the cell phone and tell her that i don't want that person on my quiznos anymore. so the following day she calls my sister and tell her that she's fired. I think for her to be the owner is not right for what she did. I think she should of waited for me 2 go over there and tell and not call my sister and tell her that. I think they should close that place down cause the owner is not doing the right thing. She should have a s... Read more

I personally do not like Quiznos. Never had a good sub from there. And stop comparing Subway to Quiznos... Subway is leaning more toward healthy choices rather than how much crap you can stack on a sandwich. And now they even have a "double meat" option, or something, but I garuantee even that is healthier than Quiznos.

I've eaten at Quiznos for a number of years. I prefer it over Subway by far. Its more expensive, but usually worth the price. I noticed about six months ago, they all raised the prices of the subs from $.25 to $.50. Recently, I've found the sandwiches have srank in size. Not it length, but width. They are about 2/3 to 3/4 of the size of the old versions. Hence, I will no longer be giving Quiznos my business. Their other local shops with better deals

I've been a fan of Quiznos for a few months, I actually received large portions on my subs which allowed me to choose over subway. Yes I know, its more expensive but you actually got what you paid for. Now, according to these guys (know em' well know), corporate has told them to reduce meat portions and increase price! Normally I would pay $9.27 for a regular Beef Brisket with a Sobe. Now I pay 10.02 and get less meat. He explained that orginally, the double meat subs would get 3oz, 5, and 7. But now they do only 2, 4, and 6oz for portions. Believe me when I say I never thought you would notice a 1oz difference but you do. They now remind me of subways with their lack of meat. Hopefully its just this one store, but these guys haven't lied to me yet so I'll have to try another one bout 10 minutes from here just to see if its all Quiznos that are REDUCING PORTIONS AND INCREASING PRICE!

I like Subway much better than these clowns. I work right next door to a Quiznos and I can't stand the place, but sometimes am forced to have my lunch there. I have already wrote the corporate office about their poor sanitation practices. Their employee turnover is terrible, and for the past several months they have not been able to keep a store manager that they pick out! So the only people who will work there are a bunch of not so very intelligent folx and some are intelligent, but delinquent, lol, can't win! Subway has a Chicken Salad and a Seafood Salad, also a Tuna Salad for their subs....Quizno's doesn't carry a chicken or seafood salad and their tuna sub is not very good at all. They are very pricey and they take a long time to process your order, ugh......When I am forced to eat their my favorite thing is the Classic Cob Flatbread Salad or the Chicken Bacon and Mesquite sub on wheat. 3/30/07 DO NOT EAT THEIR CHICKEN OR BEEF, I am telling you that I have personally gotten... Guys, I am engineer so I prefer stick to the facts. Quiznos subs are more expensive then Subway but if you do the math you will realize that you get value meals from Quiznos. Subway is simply cheap. I stop eating from them. I had bought two toasted subs, one from Quiznos and one from Subway, when I try my comparison. The subway toasted sub is a joke. They have a small pre-cooked meat (very little meat) and put in the small home tabletop oven then consider it a toasted. Take the meat out of sub and weight for yourself. Subway bread has smaller diameter then Quiznos (this gave you an impression of more meat). Subway gave you alot of lettuce (which is cheap) to compensate for the meat. I also did some research on their food costs. Quiznos spent more then 33%+ on food cost (food on your sandwish) where Subway is around 20%. Remember, A Quiznos' sub requires more time to prepare then Subway's. That means more labor costs. That is why alot of Subway owners are getting rich, and Quiznos Owner... Read more

Extremely overpriced for a fast food chain and the portions are ridiculously small as well. You have to grab the person making your sandwich by the collar and threaten him/her within an inch of his/her life to get any serious veggie toppings...this place is not a very good value for your dollar at all. The only locations where these places are going to thrive is in rich yuppie neighborhoods where people throw their money around, don't live in the real world and don't care. Screw Quiznos, I won't be back.

I finally broke down and made a visit to Quizno's. I enjoy lots of corner mom and pop deli's & sub shops...also, I occasionally visit a Subway...but this was my first visit to the much hyped Quizno's...and, boy, was I ever UNIMPRESSED. To begin with, the menu was extremely confusing for a "fast food" restaurant...too many categories...especially for a new place. They only offer Pepsi products. Yes, personal preference, but I'm not alone. The prices are WAY TOO HIGH. My girlfriend and I (traveling on 83 North, just south of York, PA) each got a regular sized sandwich, a drink and chips...the total bill...are you ready? $19.47...yep, nearly $20 for two of us to eat subs at a fast food joint. That is absurd. As much as I stay away from Chili's, Friday's, Bennigan's and the like...we could have had a sit down meal at one of those cheesy places and paid a comparable price. Plus, let me add that this was not in a large, downtown setting...but it was about 15 min south of York, PA...... Read more

Quizno claims to use Prime Rib and Black Angus steak for their Steak Sandwiches. I heard from several meat packers in the Denver area they bought up all of the Commercial Rib eye. Commercial Rib Eye is not Black Angus and is definitely not PRIME RIB. No wonder their meat is full of fat and grissle.
