Water inlet valve broke as well when trying to turn off water going into tank. Through 2-10 Warranty Co., Quality First was to do work per claim called in by us immediately. MONDAY 2PM - QFP came to assess work, $50. Deduct. Paid, but wouldn't switch out or cap inlet line so that we could run water in our home. TUESDAY: Then even though part(s) in TUES., they didn't pick-up part, extending our distress with still NO WATER WHAT SO EVER, family of four plus two elderly parents!!! Had to get water from neighbor just to flush toilets, eat out, bathe elsewhere, and not be able to do laundry!!! Then they next added extra charges not covered by warranty. $85 disposal fee & 69 Permit fee. Called our town offices as to fees???
