The clerk was friendly and very nice and my clothes came out looking brand new. They have same day service and tailor service too, which was great. I didn't get that cold, franchise feel that I've received at those larger chains. I highly recommend Pure Cleaners.

Pure Cleaners is either just simply incompetent, or they are insanely greedy and stupid to overextend themselves by offering too many Groupons. Either way, I will never trust them with my clothing again, and I strongly suggest that you don't, either. I had a Groupon for $50 worth of dry cleaning here. It sounded like an awesome place. Free pickup and delivery? Next day service available? Amazing! Monday evening: Fill out convenient online form and request a Tuesday pickup with next day drop-off. Receive an email confirming my order and telling me someone would be in contact with me to to confirm. Tuesday morning: Leave my clearly labeled clothing with my doorman. Tuesday afternoon: Wonder why no one has contacted me to "confirm" pickup. Call Pure Cleaners. At first they have no idea who I am and have never heard of my order, and then say "oh yeah, we've been busy... we'll pick it up today. And we'll have it to you Friday." I recently got married and someone spilled red wine all over the back of my dress!!! I know no one ever wears the dress again, but it's my wedding dress and I wanted to save it! Thank god pure cleaners got the stain out. It literally looks like new. And they packed it up for safe keeping as well. They truly are the best! They also always clean my ugg boots once the NY winters destroy them. They have the magic touch!

Use them when I lived downtown and still use them on the upper east side. Would reccommend.

I can’t say anything bad about this business from the moment I walked in, they were friendly and polite. They were able to accommodate my last minute needs. I was calling around for some tailoring and happened to come across Pure cleaners, they were the only cleaners that welcomed my last minute pant fitting and didn’t treat it as a inconvenience. Since then I have been using their services and haven’t yet had any problems I am happy to vouch for Pure Cleaners and would recommend them to EVERYONE!!!

Super convenient pick up and drop off service. They also do a great job cleaning my clothes. I'd recommend them to anyone in the Tribeca area or for that matter anywhere in the City where they are willing to pick up and deliver. Prices were at least 20% lower than my previous dry cleaner.

Pure Cleaners is the best dry cleaners in the neighborhood. Their prices are affordable and the delivery service is always prompt on the specific day it was scheduled to arrive at your house. The service is amazing and you do not have to worry about them ruining any of your clothes. They have the most helpful staff and everyone has a smile on their face. You definitely need to try this place because you will never use other cleaners again.

I've become seriously obsessed with PC. Everything is done with a smile, no hassles, no issues...I work crazy hours and am contantly travelling and no matter what I can count on my clothes being ready when I need them.
