Sat Jan 24 2009I waited a full week to write this review so I could be over the influence of my koolaid. 59 other people took the basic seminar in January of 2009. I observed that there were between 30 and 60 different results achieved. I can only speak for myself. I'm not robbing anyone's joint accounts, I'm not spending my 401K to go to these seminars, I am working on a reasonable plan to get me from Basic to Psi 7. Hearing Psi seminars called a cult is so funny to me right now. Psi doesn't offer anything that I can't get out of life on my own. For that matter it doesn't offer or suggest anything that I didn't want out of (or in to) my life. I can read books, watch movies, ask successful people questions, observe people who have what I want, there are a million ways for me to get the same results. I Just happened to get introduced to a formula that was put together 36 years ago. I invested $495 dollars to learn it so I may apply it to my life. Unlike reading a book I went through this with sev... Read more

Thu Jul 03 2008PSI was the beginning of the end of our marriage. There was nothing I could do or say to stop him from taking PSI's Basic and all the levels ending with Principia. Since 2003 he went to Principia twice, the 'Ranch' three times, volunteered for so many seminars that I quit counting, charged well over $30, 000 on our credit cards not including the transportation and meals. Like a converted fanatic, he badgered all our friends, relatives and his coworkers to join PSI. He took off work so many times that he lost his job! And, when we could no longer make the minimum payments on my salary to the credit card companies, he began the downward spiral that resulted in his drawing out all our equity in our home, his cashing in his 401K, asking me to cash in my IRAs ... Today our house is being threatened with foreclosure and he's talking about bankruptcy! I'm nearly 60 years old and he's retirement age and he gave everything we own to PSI Seminars. Just when I thought things could not possibly ... Read more

Thu Dec 20 2007I"'m writing about PSI ..at first yes they do push a lot however i did go forth and created a business . I was stuck in my life and ended up doing things i never did before .I did a lot of voluntering for them i did PSI seven and yes i barrowed money .It was THE BEST experinence i ever had .We did go to the ranch and the cool aid was quite good .I'm still here and the clut didn't get me .I didn't look at it that way , I'm sorry to read such negative stuff and I call it stuff .It allowed me to grow as a person and not be afaird that if you try at what you do hard enough with all your heart and soul you can be what yo want . I met people form all over the world with the very same problems as we all have .It is just in a different language .I became not afraid of seeking another way of life . My husband was not Happy that i pushed him to go to PSI but i left it up to him to choose . We are still married and our marriage is better . Will the feeling of the high you get from being p... Sat Nov 17 2007I've attended the PSI basic and the ensuing two seminars, and am currently in the middle of the final one (kind of a 90-day "take-home" seminar). PSI is like just about anything else - you get out of it what you put into it. For me, I got some incredibly powerful insights into how I function, as well as some great tools for working with the rest of you characters. It's helped me move past some hugely counter-productive things going on in my life, giving me tools for improving my life AND for bettering the lives of the people around me. I've already seen concrete results in this regard, emotionally, financially, physically and spiritually. The reason I didn't give the program five stars is because I don't like the way it's marketed. Luckily, I was forewarned that there was going to be a sales pitch on the last day of the Basic seminar, so I wasn't taken off guard. I absolutely HATE being sold, always have, and there was, indeed, a serious sales pitch. That said, I have en... Read more

Sat Sep 29 2007PSI attendees leave with an overwhelming need to discuss PSI's benefits and recruit their friends, loved ones/family, coworkers and even strangers which has caused the "cult" label and argument. PSI folks spend a large amount of social time with other PSI folks and there's nothing wrong with these actions alone. The PSI groups always seem positive and happy unless you, who have not attended PSI, decide that you do not need PSI. Even if you are thankful for their time and consideration, express happiness for them, express you can witness their new changes and believe PSI has been positive for them - you are quickly discarded as if a valueless human instantly. It's a strange and ultimately telling characteristic of PSI. PSI folks may believe that they have received/experienced unbelievable life lessons and not sharing this gift is selfish, so PSI should take time teach the proper manner to convey their experiences with others. The message/sales pitch I've heard many times starts with th... Read more

Wed Sep 05 2007I have found that this seminar is NOT for everyone. It is for people who are wanting to change their life in a possitive way. It is for people who want to make the world a better place. It is NOT for people who like to blame everyone else for their problems. This Seminar is NOT a "SECRET". If you put the tools they teach you to use you would find that you can have anything you want! After taking these classes I am married to the man of my dreams. We have 2 children together. I now own several businesses. I make more money in one month than I made in a year! I am able now to help those in need. (GIVERS GAIN) I am a better friend, daughter, mother.... I am so GRATEFUL for everything I have! PSI Seminars did not CHANGE me....I Chose to change after I took the seminars. GOD BLESS

Mon Jul 30 2007This is a great program and a proud LS Grad. Has opened many doors and improved my business relationships allowing me to own busineses and meet politicians I would not. I feel sad for ones who are driving the cult thing. I mean get a grip. Staff a class and quit working through others and find your own gains from the class. I have volunteered doing the basic and PVII clases and it is a wonderful giving benefitting you in many ways. I know I have support from many grads the rest of my life and I meet many LS Grads. I like the conversations I have with leaders which the system helps build. Is it the only one or way? NO! It is a process to get you thinking outside your box. Investing in you is the best form of investment. Ask anybody that is a proven leader. I spent over $5,000 and I have gained $100,000 so monetarily it is good but spiritually it is unbeleivable/infinity and I am glad somebody thought of me so much to get me to do the Basic. I have staffed Basics and two PSI VIIs... Read more

Fri Mar 09 2007They take old school pop psychology and dress it up as cutting edge ?get rich quick? techniques. Oh goody, let?s start some ?Secret Self Help Groups? and we will all get rich!!! Somebody link this video quickly to Iran and tell them they can avoid the B*sh bombing that is already planned, by just thinking positively. Those poor 600,000 dead Iraqis just wished death and destruction on themselves. I wonder how those dead babies did that to themselves? People wake up, this is the same ole cult dynamic in play. Here is the formula that Scientology, EST, The Forum, Landmark Education and countless others have employed for years. Take someone down on their luck or even worse and promise them the moon. Show them the ones that have already obtained riches using their ?tried and true? methods and brainwash them into a new positive way of thinking. Snake Oil salesman have employed similar techniches for years, its called lying. Ridicule the ones that ?don?t get it? and and praise the ones that... Read more

Mon Jan 01 2007PSI ruined my life. I had a friend, a very good friend, recommend PSI to me about three years ago. I attended the basic class and immediately felt invigorated. I noticed a change in my attitude towards my husband and family. Looking back on it I was a b@tch. Nothing was good enough and I wanted more from my relationships then was reasonable. I tried to get my husband to sign up for the basic on the third day of class. He refused. I was angry at him for not wanting to support me in my need to have him attend. Later I came to understand why. The facilitor told all of us that PSI is a tool to a happier life and everyone in your life will not understand what you have gone through until they attend also. I remember the ?resistance is persistence.? If the people who love you don?t attend the seminars they are holding you back, so you need to leave them behind. At the end of the basic I signed up for PSI 7 at a cost of $3000.00 dollars. I took the money from our joint account. My husband wa... Read more
