The issue arose when we realised there were wires exposed and the roller shutters were not siliconed properly. Essentially, the job was not done to standard. Anthony had to send people back to silicone and they did not rectify the wiring issues. We requested a certificate of electrical safety and Anthony said he would not provide it to us until we paid in full. Energy Safe Victoria indicated that Anthony could not hold back a certificate of electrical safety for monetary reasons. Anthony then threatened to contact my place of work and advise them we were somehow abusive and using insults and being inappropriate or words to that effect (which we were not).
