I never expected the level of service from any business as this place has continuously provided. Last week during the outrageous rain storm, my neighborhood flooded and all the water seeped into my car and basically ruined it. My first problem was my car would not start, second was I had a pool of water inside. There was about 6-8 inches of dirty brown water inside. I called and spoke with Paul, who was very professional and nice, and I explained the entire predicament to him. I was expecting a response around the line of (bring your car in and well look at it)... Surprisingly he offered to drive over to my house with one of his techs and try starting it here.... Paul and Tim showed up in about thirty minutes and after Tim did his magic they started my car. Tim drove my swamp of a car back to the shop and I went in Paul’s car to stay clean. To the person who said, this place cant be that bad. Well it is, I took my Miata for an oil change and they stripped the oil drain plug, blamed it on the oil pan. Told me that I had to buy a new $500.00 oil pan, refused to accept any responsibility and gave me no other choice for repair. After speaking with my Normal HONEST mechanic, they put in a rubber drain plug and I left. My mechanic also confirmed that THEY stripped the pan! I filed complaints with the BBB and the Bureau of Automobile Repair. Buyer beware if you continue to use their repair center. PS I had been going there almost 10 years!!

This car wash not only made my car look and feel like new again inside and out but provided great service. I felt like i was truly taken car of as if i was a member of their family. The manager George went to extreme lengths to make me feel comfortable and to make sure my car met my standards. For anyone looking for a good car wash and auto repair place this is the place to go if you want to be taken car of properly. Their detail hand wash service is amazing too.

this place has it all, and everything with a reasonable time. whether you need a oil change or car wash, they can do it quickly. I am so happy to find a place i can trust to do my car maintenance without worrying if they are ethical. overall this place is a great car stop

I have been a loyal customer here for over 10 or 15 years, much has changed over time in the Kearney mesa area as well as prestige. I read most of the other reviews and many of them seem to be a bit fishy, but im not here to investigate if rives are posted by true customers or by competitors trying to place defamatory comments on this business since it has been around longer than any other business in the area. I use to always go to have my automobile washed since I never wanted to do it myself, and since then and now the prices have been very fair. I use to question my self weather or not I wanted a car wash to do my oil change let alone the repairs on my automobile. I looked into the repair department and found out that all the mechanics or technicians there all had their AES certificates (or whatever its called) witch basically means that they have a degree on working on automobiles. This local car wash provides excellent customer service. They are extremely timely and do a very good job. The cashier is always very frie...

The initial carwash contact is perpetually confused, and arbitrarily assigns a price for the service. He is not an English speaker. Despite ordering the same service on multiple visits, I have been quoted a different price each time. The surfer behind the register said all pricing is "at the discretion" of the first contact. The towelers then wipe off the grease pencil code from your window that the initial contact wrote, so no one has any clue what services you ordered. Towels are rarely if ever changed. On my last visit I requested a regular wash and added tire dressing. The toweler refused to add the tire dressing and two "managers" also refused. Difficult to believe they would give up approximately $15 a week for 50 cents worth of tire dressing. My last visit was my last visit.

Have taken my cars here for ten years. Okay service. Convenient. They stripped my oil plug and refused to take any responsibility. The Owner is arrogant and a coward when it comes to debating the problem. He hides behind the service agreement you sign when you get work done. This relieves him of all responsibility. Very unethical. GOOD AT TAKING MONEY, BAD AT TAKING RESPONSIBILITY!! BEWARE!! I have spent thousands at this establishment, and when they break my car they refuse to negotiate. Oh they did offer a 10% discount on the repair which was going to cost 400.00!!!! VERY UNETHICAL!!!!!

They had impressive customer service and an outstanding job was completed on my Lexus. The oil change was completed much quicker than any lube bussiness, using top of the line products. Also the free car wash offered with the oil change was an unbeatable package for the price. Overall, the thorough service and attention to details is definately unmatched by any dealership in San Diego. I highly recommend it to all.

THEY SCRATCHED MY CAR AND THEN WOULDN'T REPAIR THE SCRATCH!! I'm a very easy going person and they completely took advantage and only offered me a discount ot have it buffed out.

Avoid Prestige Autowash at all costs! I went there for an oil change. We all know that an oil change includes both the replacement of oil and a new filter. It turns out that they did not have the particular filter for my car, but they never told me! As I was leaving the store, having already paid full price for the oil change, did I notice on my invoice the words in small print: "NO FILTER AVAILABLE." They let me pay $53 for an incomplete job. What good does new oil do anyways if the filter is dirty? It's like drinking bottled water from a dirty toilet bowl. Even after complaining, they refused to refund my money. They are a bunch of crooks.

prestige autowash and automotive did all the necessary repairs on my expedition with dealership quality without dealership pricing. they are very affordable and work with you to fix your car without damaging your wallet. i use to take my car to another car wash in the area but after the wounder full service and quality they had, i now only take my cars there for everything and the detail specials there are also outstanding with, i must say some of the best quality i have seen in a while. if your car needs repairs or just cleaning i urge you to take it to prestige.
