Wed Jul 08 2009I am the type of person who likes explanations. I also like to ask tons of questions. They do talk alot, but my last dentist didn't do any talking. He also missed a crap load of cavities which caused me to have a dental emergency! I do have to admit. I looked at the reviews here before my appointment. I almost didn't even go, but my mother-in-law insisted that I go. Premier Dental takes these very neat looking x-rays. The pop up on the computer in front of you instantly. The dentist is able to see small problems before they get big. They can even zoom in on the problem area and show you to where you can see it and understand it! At my old office there was a 30 minute wait just to get my xrays developed. I love my new dentist, and would recommend anyone to go see them!

Thu Jul 02 2009Wow! Is one word to explain it all My husband and I both had an amazing experience at Premier Dental Care. From the time I walk in the door, the environment was warm and welcoming. I was immediately greeted with a welcoming smile, with this being my first time there it felt like it wasn't. The beautiful enivornment and decor was well above the typical dental office. From the doctors to the rest of the staff everyone was well informed, and took the neccessary time to make sure I was explained everything. I must admit at first I was skeptical, but am now excited that I made the switch from my old dentist who didn't have near the equipment and technology like Premier Dental Care. My husband and I was blown away by how awesome our experience was, and are now excited and happy to have dental treatment done.

Fri Jun 05 2009Being a working mother of three, my time is very valuable. I oringinally made an appointment with Premiere because my children are patients of their's. I finally set aside the time to have my check up done to only have x-rays and pictures taken of teeth. They claimed they could not clean my teeth because I needed an approx $1000 deep cleaning due to early signs of peridontal disease, They claimed I had eight cavities, and my other teeth needed sealants. My dental hygenist/salesperson just talk and talk and talk ( it was aggravating). I guess all her talking was done to give them time to check my dental insurance to see what they could sale me on. They also push for me to apply for a line of credit to have dental work done before my examination. I would have gone along with it if I had not first come across this review board. I was very angry and will (like others who have posted) get a second opinion and never go back. I should have canceled my appointment when I read the revi... Read more

Mon Nov 03 2008I could feel the excitement and friendliness of the staff when I walk in for the first time. The environment was warm, welcoming, and gave me a peaceful feeling.Upon becoming a patient of Premier Dental Care, Dr. Cyndi took the time out to properly educate me on my dental needs. The best thing was that I was offered a payment option in which I wasn't aware of at any of the several dental office I had visited in the past. It was then I was able to work the dental treatment into my budget. This made it easy for me to afford, and start on the treatment I deperately needed. It wasn"t easy to afford being a single mother of three.Which is why I am grateful to find such an awesome dental office and staff.Since my experience I have referred all my co-workers, family, friends to enjoy a wonderful, and magnificent experience.Believe me when I say this office is an experience of a lifetime you need to see it for yourself.

Thu Jun 26 2008The doctors of Premier Dental Care are awesome. I know from first hand experience that they are caring. The quality of their work is outstanding. I love the doctors of Premier Dental Care. Once, I lost a loved one and they took notice. The day they found out, the doctors and staff sent me a bouquet of flowers to say they care. If you are looking for caring doctors with quality service, Premier Dental Care is the one for you.

Mon Mar 10 2008Its like dealing with a used car salesman. They pressure you. they "up sell" you on everything and from what I've heard from others that have been to them they overestimate the amount of work you need to have done on your teeth. I needed to have a deep periodontal cleaning and they tried to talk me into buying a $175 toothbrush so that I could "maintain" good oral health. This is after spending $180 on the cleaning. I thought this was fishy so I want home and did some research and found that a special toothbrush is not needed after your cleaning. A good regular $7 toothbrush and good oral hygene would do just the same. please seek a second opinion before having any major dental work done by them.

Tue Aug 21 2007Don't go to that office, they cheated you for collecting more money. Three years ago, I went their office and got a quote for over 2000 dollars for several teeth. They even claimed that several old filling need to be replaced. I didn't do them all because of finicial problem, but recently when I visited a new dentist with good reputation, he said there are no problems with my old fillings at all.

Fri Jan 19 2007My family had been patients of Premiere Dental for over 10 yrs. However, the last three visits have been extremely disappointing. Since they have moved into their new offices...it seems as if their quality of care has suffered. The last couple visits, their waiting room has been dirty with bloody tissues on the floor, trash everywhere. The dental asst which helped us had her thong panties showing and her butt sticking out of her pants. Friends of mine recently said that I should change dentists because Premiere had become primarily a welfare/medicaid doctor. I didn't believe this until these last couple visits. From the behavior of the patients in the lobby, the uncleanliness of the lobby, to the extreme increase in "amount of work" that needed to be done on my three children (which since 2 other Dr's have said is not necessary), I DO believe Premiere has lost their edge and concern for our community and the patients who trusted them.

Mon Dec 19 2005Do not go with Cindy. She takes several patients and the same time, so she can spend only few minutes with you. She does not discuss your options about the work to be done, but offers you only the most expensive one. She put crowns on my teeth, she spent five seconds to choose the colour. Result ... they did not match at all, and they had to redo them. If you care to keep your natural teeth, go away from her. If you care only about having perfect smile (even if it is thanks to artificial teeth) she is your doctor.
