I Had a Good Experience... I had been struggling with chronic back pain for years, and it had started to affect my daily life. Then I found Prehab Massage Therapy Ctr Inc! Their massage therapy completely cured my back pain. I'm so grateful for their expertise and healing touch. Before coming to Prehab Massage Therapy Ctr Inc, I had tried Biomagnetism therapy, which was an eye opening experience for me. Biomagnetism works by restoring the body's pH balance with magnets, promoting quicker healing naturally and overall well-being.Biomagnetism is non-invasive and drug-free making it compatible with any treatment, conventional or alternative. I wholeheartedly recommend Prehab Massage Therapy Ctr Inc to consider integrating Biomagnetism into their practice for even faster, holistic healing. I paid for a membership to Prehab in January 2010. I found a therapist that was OUT OF THIS WORLD. (Thank you, Carolyn.) In the beginning of May - I received an email from Prehab stating that they are closed for good. No option to reply to the email. The website is gone. And the phone number has been disconnected. I received a $50.00 gift card from a friend for my birthday in March. It's never been redeemed and never will be. My "membership" only lasted for 5 months - with no refund. (Paid for 12 months) Thanks for nothing. No wonder this place shut down. It deserved to.

Other Massage Therapist BEWARE!!!!!! if you are thinking about going to Prehab Massage therapy to work please reconsider, this place is not a good work environment for therapist, they will use you and abuse you!! you will work very hard and get minimal pay,im also a pretty religious person but they take it to a whole new level!!! and don't disagree with them about religion, politics or anything else because it will be a never-ending conversation!! they expect you to be there even if you don't have an appointment, i worked there for about a year and a half my clients loved me i worked really hard, i came in when they needed me,i was hardly late, and during the time that i worked there i called out only twice due to an illness (and although they don't offer insurance i brought in a doctors note!!!!) i helped the owners out when they where not able to be there do to an accident and less then a month later i was fired for reasons that where absolutely bogus!!! these business owners are ser... I can't stress these two points enough: 1) You TRULY do get what you pay for. You only want to pay $40 or less for a massage? Okay, great, then go here. But you can't expect to get the same treatment for $40 or less that you would get when you pay $70. Massage Therapists are people who work HARD for a living, it's a very physical, mental, and emotional job. Paying less than $40 for a massage is devaluing a massage therapist's career. Prehab charges so little because the employees are underpaid. Hence the tip envelopes and encouraging people to tip. As an LMT there, you are VERY hard pressed to make an average living. 2) The person that said they probably have a high turnover because their therapists aren't treated very well is so right. When employees aren't treated right and are taken advantage of, this will eventually spill over into how the clients are treated. These people are only in it for the money. They want to get people in and out. That's why they only leave 15 minutes in... Read more

I have had more massages in my life than i can count, and at various spas all over the world. I have NEVER been charged double than the massage amount agreed to for a missed appointment. This was going to be my first scheduled massage at Prehab, and i had planned to go monthly if not bi-monthly for as long as lived in Nashville. That has all changed. I admit i absolutely missed my appointment for my 1st introductory massage valued at $39.00. Along with being angry at myself for missing it, i had every intention of paying the $39 for the missed appointment. Then i checked my bank account and saw that i was charged $70.00 for the massage!!!!!! Of course i called to speak to the manager, of which was absolutely NO help, and had the personality of a prickly pear! I was told that missing the introductory massage resulted in the charge of a full massage. BAD BUSINESS ANYONE????? I even recieved a call from my masseaur when i was 15 mins late, all she had to do was tell me that i would ... Read more

I visited In touch bodyworks, now called Prehab massage for a year. I joined the program in order to save money, you sign up for a year and it reduces the cost per session. Unfortunatly, I was commited to going a year even though I was soon dissatisfied with the experience I had. What I found is the employees were different everytime I came which made it hard to establish a relationship with someone, and it also made it difficult to get an appointment on the day or time I needed. The front treatment room is noisy, you can hear other clients coming and going as well as the phone conversations, a big distraction when trying to relax. There are no frills unlike some "day spas", no peaceful waiting room, no fountains, no aromotheapy, all things I really enjoy when I shell out big bucks for a massage. Overall, the employees are everchanging, the ones that remain, the owners, are rude and pushy about money and selling their plan, and the prices are high. they are even pushy about the tip. T... I would never recommend this establishment because of the rude employees who work there. The lady at the front desk was very rude and disrespectful to me. I am still very upset about it as I write this review. This should be a place where I come home relaxed and feeling good...instead I am just appalled at the way I was treated. I will never go here and, again, I would never recommend anyone else go here either.
