PLANET NISSAN

I went to Planet Nissan on November 24th and when I arrived I was greeted by this really friendly woman named Gina. She smiled and welcomed me and then asked me if I wanted to go inside and get some coffee while we talk about the vehicle I was interested in. I immediately had a good vibe about this place! I was not attacked when I drove on the lot, and also Gina actually listened to my concerns and then offered her advice based on what I wanted. I decided on a vehicle and then Gina introduced me to her coworker Kamren. Kamren and I went on to test drive the Altima, and I was impressed at how knowledgeable he was. He explained every feature and function about the vehicle from the engine to the trunk! (I have purchased 3 vehicles in my lifetime, and never had a test drive like this one!) On 11/8/10 I went to Planet Nissan to trade-in and purchase a used car. I ended up finding a used Armada and after negotiating a deal with them I agreed to certain terms and signed the contract. Two weeks later on 11/23 they called me and told me they couldn’t get my loan approved by the banks under the current terms, but they could raise the payment and get it approved. I told them I didn’t want to pay anymore for the truck so I would bring it back and get my car back from them. They said “no problem”! Well, of course when I went in to return the truck there were problems. The sales manager came in and after arguing with him to get my car back, he told me he would “force this deal thru” and that they had every right to change the terms! When i arrived at planet nissan i was able to get out of car and get my bearrings before i was greated by a sales manager. He introduced me to his top salesman who went by the name Magic. Magic was the best. He listened to our wants and needs and was patient with us in the purchase of our new murano. Magic made the whole experience entertaining all the way from demonstrating the product to us to performing magic tricks for my wife and children. Even if you dont need a car go visit Magic for an entertaining 15 min. We love our new nissan and the planet nissan team!!! My wife will be buying a maxima this summer....from Magic of couse.

I went to Planet Nissan after shopping at the other local Nissan dealers in town, and wow! what a difference! they were great! I bought a 2010 Altima from them after weeks of home work on what brand to buy. I also read some of the bad reviews Planet Nissan had and i would wonder who they dealt with or if they went to the right place. I had the best car buying experience i have ever had thanks to them.

Was medium pressure for buying. Deal was mediocre, but got us out from our upside-down Hyundai. Couple of sticking points : 1. the salesman said 45 days until 1st payment , it wasn't, they changed it to 30 days at the last minute after a second go around ripping up the first contract , and we didn't catch it until we got home because they didn't fully go back over the new one (it was late) 2. salesman said the due bill would be ready when the green slip was . It wasn't and we have yet to receive it (a due bill is like cash back - a check basically for something that needs to be done to the vehicle - in this case stereo work). When we called to talk to the finance manager about these things he actually hung up on us the first time. Thats the 3rd star gone.

This past weekend, my wife and I went to Planet Nissan on Centennial. We were looking for an inexpensive car for my daughter. When we arrived, I was happy to walk up to the dealership without 20 salesman rushing me. Once I got inside, I was greeted by a nice young man, he was very courteous, and seemed to know the Nissan product very well! I have purchased many cars in my life, and this by far, was the best experience! I would refer everyone I know to Planet Nissan

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with bar NONE. I went to look for a vehicle and told them who I wanted financing through. They said they would not run my credit with anyone else and I agreed to the deal, a week later I start receiving rejection letters from a bunch of banks from Planet Nissan. I have a credit score over 720 and I'm getting rejections? I called to ask why they shopped me around after telling me they wouldn't and they said after I sign papers they can run me through as many banks as they please and that it's only a few points on my score. I should just deal with it. This is from Chad, the sales manager. When I questioned this he simply hung up on me. Do not believe any of the BS posts here about how great the service is there. I would bet money the posts are from their own PR people.
