A very good friend recommended Pinnacle Pest Control to me when I wasn't happy with my exterminator. I'm so glad I decided to check them out. Everything I read about them was positive and now I know why. I live in the "hill-country" in Folsom, CA and bugs are my daily nemesis. When I called Pinnacle to discuss a possible visit, I was immediately impressed the customer service. I am VERY wary of having strangers in my house. When they sent Steve for my first treatment, I was immediately at ease. He is very professional, yet extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to need to do before he did it (plus he took his shoes off when he came into the house...how considerate!) He treated inside the walls through the wall sockets....my old company would put traps (in sight) around the house. I now know why everyone raves about this company...I HIGHLY recommend them...and Steve!!

I bought a two-year old house last year, and Pinnacle did the pest inspection. This winter, when I started to have a problem with mice, my son set traps in the attic and we caught 9 little field mice. Then we stopped catching them, but I could still hear the scratching in the walls. I called Pinnacle, and they sent a very nice man named Steve. He was as nice and polite as could be. I signed up for a year's service and gave him $110 on the spot. He set twelve more traps in the attic. When he returned he hadn't caught any. I began to smell a musky smell in my kitchen and my dishwasher broke. I called him out to see if there could be mice interferring with the dishwasher. He said no, that the smell was the dishwasher burning smell. I called the repairman to fix the dishwasher, and he took off the kick plate and there were mice droppings all under the dishwasher, and he could see a nest behind.
