Wed Feb 19 2025As many remote workers, I suffer from severe back pain caused by too many hours in front of the computer without proper rest and stretching routines. I visited Physical Therapists NYC after seeing some of the reviews about Dr. Hetarth Kapadia and the results are great. He is excellent as a sport massage therapist and always gives golden tips to stay healthy and improve mobility. 100% recommended
