    I agree PetFlow is terrible. They ship out deliveries that you didn't order and then tell you that you made the mistake not them and expect you to return a 20 lb order out of your pocket. They are not trustworthy.

    PetFlow totally sucks. I ordered the auto ship of a perscription food, since I was moving to a different state. My pet can not eat regular food, or his condition will get worse. I went to the trouble of having my vet fax a prescription to them. Then, ten days after the scheduled shipment, the food has still not arrived. I call the company and am now finally informed that they are discontinuing the prescription food. My pet is out of his food and is loosing weight.

    We've received our 5th delivery. I love the automatic delivery and precise recurring cost for my budget. We get canned food for two cats and their litter - this stuff is *heavy* folks and my husband and I are both retired/disabled. This service is a godsend to us, and I'm tickled to find that they are so reliable and hassle-free. I do wish that they carried urine-crystal canned diet food in greater variety, though.

    What a disappointment in what I thought would be a great website for Pets. There was a "glitch" in their system and my order was delayed 3 days in being shipped. Rather than upgrade the shipment to meet my delivery needs....and my hungry dog, they came back with "unfortunately, we just can't afford to expedite the shipment of the small group of orders which fell under this technical glitch." **POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

    I have received two orders from this coming. Very fast service and food arriving in great condition. In contrast to another reviewer who received old or expired food, both packages I have received are good for 11 months. I have signed up for auto delivery because I am very impressed. The price is good and with auto delivery, I get free shipping. Try them!

    Great concept - your pets food delivered to your door - on your schedule I am a new customer and have received 2 orders to date Terrific customer service !!! I had an issue with shipping damage both times (no fault of theirs ) and the product was immediately replaced - they care about their customers Great range of product with very good pricing I recommend this company to everyone Overall PetFlow.com cannot be beat - you will not find a better company !!!

    http://petflow.com just delivered their 3rd order to us, it's so nice to never have to worry about racing out last second to pick up those darn heavy bags in the snow, rain and nasty weather. A+++

    Ordered on Wednesday evening, got Angie's (my doberman) food delivered by Friday morning. Really can't beat this at all. I did a one-time order to test these guys out, but just went in and created an auto-delivery so I don't have to keep remembering to place orders all the time. Thanks PetFlow, you're a winner in my book!

    Incredible service. My 4 deliveries have come on time in great condition. Picking up pet food is like using a type writer, you don't realize how much you hate it until something better comes along. As the computer brought the back-space, PetFlow has saved my back from annoying trips to the store!! Also I called customer service once, they didn't have some annoying automated menu, a nice man named ken (American) picked up the phone! Imagine that calling a U.S phone number and talking to a human being! I highly recommend you try them out, you'll thank me later.

    I just wanted to let everyone know how much we LOVE Petflow.com! The prices are good, the shipping FREE or just a flat rate, and you CANNOT BEAT the customer service! They get back to you quickly, and always have the answers you need! I don't live nearby a store that carries quality pet food and treats, therefore, I don't KNOW what I would do without Petflow.com! I would recommend this company to ANYONE who would like to save on the hassle of getting their pet food at local pet stores, or those who'd like to save on the $3/gallon gas! AND, going through other online pet food stores will literally break you, with their shipping costs! Local chain pet stores don't even carry half the quality product that Petflow.com does.     I just wanted to comment on your great service. I live in San Diego and placed an order last Sunday. The food was shipped on Monday and got here today Friday. That's all the way across country. Your flat rate shipping of $4.95 is wonderful as I've always gotten hit hard with shipping fees. The food arrived perfectly and is very fresh. Your website was super easy to use and I really like how I can control the autoship and make any changes if I need to. You guys are great - keep up the good work and I'll keep ordering.

    Petflow.com is easy to use and has a terrific product selection. As a medical student who will be starting rotations soon, I'll be moving around quite a bit. It's very reassuring not having to worry about where I'll be able to find Fromm - it just shows up at my door! And since you can change your shipping address as often as you like, Murphy will have his food wherever our door may be. Plus, you can change what products you get and when you get them. And the customer service is fantastic! Every time I've had a question, it's been answered promptly by the friendly Petflow.com staff. Amazing service!!

    Personally, for a new site, I think you did quite well. Just a couple of glitches confused me: 1. I needed to select more than one brand, so I found one brand, and put what I wanted in the shopping cart. Next, I selected a second brand--uhoh. It gave me all the brands, or at least a good number, not just the brand I wanted and I think it lost track of the pet I have (cat). Ok, I selected Clear All. That cleared the brands, but also everything but what I had in the shopping cart. I didn't notice this until I looked at the list of products and it started with dog food. Ok, go back and select "Cat" again. Then I went to select litter. I knew what to expect this time so it went much well. I'm not sure why it had trouble tracking what I needed, but I'm sure it is an easy fix. 2. Setting up the shipping schedule: I am on disability and have funds the fourth Thursday of the month. I couldn't really set that up correctly on a every 4 weeks or whatever schedule, but every 4 weeks should work ... Read more

    At PetFlow there is Customer Service. They answer their phones and return their messages and they are consistently personable, good listeners. After any communication, I am left feeling they value my business. Recently, even in this poor economy, I find that good customer service is rare. It is a pleasure to work with the people at PetFlow.

    I buy through PetFlow because of its huge assortment of high-quality dog and cat foods to maintain the health of my pets. Prices are competitive and I can reap savings when buying in bulk. However, and perhaps because of the bulk purchases, I've had a 50-50 success rate with the carriers. I've had cans crushed and kitty litter bags rip while in transient, most likely from the rough treatment the packages receive from the carrier. My packages look like the UPS guys use them as hockey pucks when boredom sets in on the open road. This is where the superb customer service representatives come in. They have both times offered to replace my damaged goods free of charge and they have been able to maintain their cool while listening to my obvious disappointment. Although I have cancelled my bulky monthly shipments to avoid further damaged goods in transient, I will continue to shop through PetFlow.     I love the convenience--especially being I run a very busy business myself and hate having to go to the store when the food starts to get low. However, the Ambassador program seems to be a farce...no updates of what's going on, why no check has been sent, no way to know who signed up to remind them to get on a shipping schedule, etc. For those reasons I have stopped promoting you all. As a business woman myself, when a customer refers someone to me, they IMMEDIATELY get a Thank you card from us with who wrote their name down as a referrel, a coupon for a free day that DOES NOT expire, and flexibility of when to spend it. You have an obligation as a business owner/operator to be flexible with your customers of relinquishing control by releasing information so your customers can work hard for you. Make it worth their time, and they will. Keep hold of the control, and they quit--just like employees. This too is just another form of greed in my opinion on the part of the business owner. So...     Finally found a site that will deliver 100 lbs of food a month, for my 3 dobermans, and shipping was free!! I can't physically lift that much so it's a huge help. thank you petflow.com!!!
