Although my mother does believe in this "Peter Popoff", I find it sorta hard to believe any of the things that he does.

This man uses witchcraft. He extorts money from innocent victims who unknowingly are charmed by his illusions. He isn't repentant for his deeds and no unrepentant sinner goes to heaven. How can he learn repentance if he is not rebuked. Peter Poppoff is headed for hell fire unless of course he repents and gives back all that he's taken. Which is probably as likely as hell freezing over.

This man obviously has NO fear of God. Sure they can quote scripture, but so can Satan. How can anyone calling himself a servant of God get up in public, and say the non-biblical things Popoff says? Where is the gospel message in his delivery? Popoff, Murdock, Hinn, and others like them depend GREATLY upon gullible persons that do not study God's Word themselves, but stay glued to the telly watching these hucksters. Is why they give false meaning to certain verses of scripture, they know most of the persons watching them, will not check for themselves and take these shysters at their word. We who point out these wolves in sheeps clothing do not judge them, but are to warn others about them. This is not judging them, that will come soon enough, unless they repent of this wickedness. Yes we should be praying for them, but perhaps some have already committed the unpardonable sin, yet that will also be for God to judge. Even so, come Lord Jesus!

After shilling so-called "Miracle Manna" for at least the past couple of years (made from human/cow dung according to the Bible), he's back to shilling the miracle spring water. He looks like what I imagine Satan to look like if he ever showed up in the flesh, or maybe he *is* already in the flesh and calling himself Peter Popoff (a *total* porno name as far as I'm concerned).

i was getting letters from peter popoff and saint matthew church ministery, but now i see just how both so called minister has been playing with GOD and other people's who has been so stupid to believe things that they were saying to us in the letters that we were receiving at our homes here in the united states. how in the world could you both sit and play with GOD like you did...from now on i don't want any more letters coming to my house from neither one of you.

Say what you want about this huckster. But I'll tell you the SADDEST thing about this guy. He was publicly exposed on national TV years ago by the Amazing Randi, who revealed that Popoff had a listening device in his ear while he was going around "prophesying" to people, and his wife spoke to him through that device, giving him the information on the people whom he pointed out in the crowd. The sad thing is, even though people know this about the man, he STILL has an audience. He's STILL a fixture on many networks, including BET. THIS is the shame. Like that old saying, "Fool me once, shame on you, fool me TWICE, shame on ME." I truly get the feeling of watching a poorly created illusion when I see him. And it has not improved over the years either. May God open his eyes or mine but someone's eyes need opened.

I watched him last night and was amazed that lightning did not strike him on the spot. He is now using a green cloth (probably purchased in bulk amounts) to send to people. As if God needed a green cloth to act. He only talks about financial blessings. Salvation cannot be purchased. Why he is always with African American people and Senior Citizens? He holds his meetings in hotel conference rooms. The best thing he can do for him is PRAY for him. God is a merciful God.

This guy is a walking caricature of himself and of the archetypal slimeball charlatan televangelist that almost everyone loves to hate. Then again, he must be duping some folks because he's still on the air. It was really kind of a cynically clever move on his part--after Randi exposed him as a total fraud, he laid low for a few years, then after enough time had passed and many people forgot what had happened, he crawled back out of his hole to do it all over again.
