HORRIBLE just as other reviewers put it. Ordering prescriptions from them is absolutely freaking annoying. First they call and fax the vet for medication approval. After it is approved they need to call and have it approved again because it has reached they're pharmacy fulfillment and then they need to get a third approval because it is getting shipped. Imagine 3 approvals for 1 medicine! Each prescription needs an approval they don't include all the medications in 1 call or fax so if you have let’s say 2 prescriptions that is a total of 6 times they will call and fax your vet, oh and wait it gets better... If your vet does not fax back the approval (because they're obviously annoyed at this point) the entire order gets sent back to customer service and the whole process starts all over again. All this for some damn Frontline and a cold medicine. My vet must think I am running some sort of drug business because 6 approvals for 2 medicines seems fishy. I am embarrassed to show my face a... IF there were ZERO stars, I would have rated PetcareRX that, because they are HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I love my pets and try to get them prescriptions in a timely fashion. I ordered from them with a guarantee of 16% cash back. More than 9 months later, they have refused to reply to my Better Business Bureau complaint, and not given me any cash back on my order which was over $80.00. They divided my order into two, which is fine for shipping, but they assigned two different order numbers and had trouble accounting for both. I called them and the girl on the phone had no idea what I was talking about. Then when she went to ask her supervisor which was some idiot across the room, they lied and said I would receive the cash back on non-prescriton items and not eligible. But in my order I actually had many toys and other non-script items. These people are the epitomy of FRAUD LYING POS' business reps. They should not be in business! Point blank, they need to get shut dow... Read more

TERRIBLE COMPANY! online customer service is useless, people on the phone have lied to me. this website messed up my order so that I had to cancel and reorder, then the company took 2 weeks to get in touch with my vet for approval and ship the order, then the order was supposedly delivered, and it is still not here a month later! a phone agent said he re-shipped my order, but when I called again a week later there was NO record of that! do not put your pet's health in their incompetent hands!

When I was buying medication that did not require a prescription, I thought this online vendor was excellent. But as soon as I decided to branch out into prescription medication, it became a nightmare. The poor customer service I received from just the first prescription medication - which I never did receive after three weeks, and after I provided the required prescription as instructed, only to call and be told the entire order had been canceled - has resulted in my canceling of my entire account with them. I'd say, if you are just ordering the basics, go ahead - but the prescription thing is a big hassle.

Coming from a (soon to be former) employee of PetCareRx, if you order a non prescription item you're fine. Don't give your phone number or they will put you on an auto-dialer to solicit business also if you ask them to stop, there is no way the rep can do that because management refuses to take you off of any sort of list and they will not document that you've called either. They can delete the number and email from your account but for some reason it's still stored and you will be called several times a day until you eventually change your number. If that's not bad enough they are also outsourcing the people that call your vet so expect an angry phone call from your vet because once you get them the number, they are also put on the auto-dialer. If you order a prescription item and actually get it, is very good and will probably work. You would be one of the lucky 10% and you should thank your vet for putting up with them. Don't let the rep put you on auto ship because it will... Read more
