The front office staff is amazingly awful. We had gone in one day just for nail trimming and a*** gland expression, well the receptionist began complaining about us to her co-worker because we didn't make appointments!! It says walkins welcome on the door and we didn't require seeing a vet?! The front office staff is always rude especially the one with short brunette hair. We had charges added to our animals we weren't notified of prior to paying the bill?
