i ordered several things and they all got here in really fast. one of the items i did not like so i emailed them and in 10 mins i had a very nice email giving me the return address. they were really concerned that i was happy with my purchases and they really made me feel comfortable. i will shop with them again they are really nice and i love vibrators.

I received a sales ad via email from Passionshop. I wanted to make a purchase but wanted to pay with a money instead of credit card. I contacted customer service and asked if they accepted money orders. I spoke with Tony through email and he gave me the sales price (even though by the time they received my money order - the sale had ended). My order shipped really, really fast - just 2 days. I will tell my friends about the excellent customer service the Passionshop team delivers (especially Tony). I only wish there were more retailers out there like Passionshop. I will be a return customer.
