Wed Sep 23 2009ken performed our estimate and was by far the most thorough, friendly and polite person I'd dealt with in the heating-a/c community. he took the time to look at our existing unit and duct work, and explained our options. on the day of installation, the crew arrived promptly and were all very polite and hardworking. I would without a doubt. recommend this company.
