This school has really gotten much better!! I'm currently a Junior from the lubin school and I can't be happier with my experience and education. One of the perks of Pace is the ease of receiving internships and there’s an abundance of scholarships and aid available. The top 4 accounting firms are always at Pace as well as many reputable financial firms, which works well for me being an accounting major. I recommend this university to anyone who’s really eager to climb the corporate ladder.

There are so many opportunities for experience and internships. I've simply had and am still having a wonderful college experience and loving all my classes! The only disadvantage for me is that there is no greenery..but the city is your campus, which is great, and city hall park is right across the street :p

Pace is a great place to study. I am enjoying it a lot here, taking a lot of challenging yet exciting classes that I do look forward to. Social life is absolutely amazing, in my opinion. Either that or my freshman year is a very lucky year because everyone here is extremely friendly and nice. There are some people who you might not like, but there are also a lot of people you will really get along with, no matter what type of person you are. I love it here, and I don't regret for one second the decision I made for coming to this university.

After attending Pace for 2 semesters I transferred to NYU and have had such a better experience. Pace is a terrible institution, bad professors, terrible student services and horribly expensive for basically nothing. The only perk is the location if you are staying in or around Manhattan. Although if you are expect a screwed up meal plan, bureaucratic policies and a messy frustrating time dealing with any staff. My advice don't even apply here, you will almost certainly get accepted but not because you had great SAT's/ACT's or an amazing transcript but because you are another person that will pay them. The only reason some of the people here have given the school good reviews is because they got a fairly decent job and the reason for that is because the school is in New York! Its not hard to start a great job if you graduate from any school in New York with a little bit of work and an internship or two, but it has nothing to do with Pace. The only other constant you can expect is a ste... Read more

You want to know why Pace is such a "great" business school? Because that is all it is; a business, not a school. The administration could give a crap about the students, they get treated poorly, therefor the students get brunt of their attitudes. Say theres something wrong with your tuition, or your class schedule and you go to OSA, OSA will then send you to financial aid, financial aid will send you to housing for god knows what reason, then you get sent to housing, then back to financial aid, etc. This could go on for days. It doesn't stop there. I've been there for 2 years and they make it impossible for you to transfer out. The best thing I can say Is I've really enjoyed my classes. The professors are treated like crap too, but at least they do their jobs. In summary all Pace wants is to overcharge you, and get paid. You get very little in return, go to a state school, pay a third of the cost and get the same education.

Pace is a great school. The business program is top notch and so are the business professors. Finance, Accounting, and Marketing are great majors at Pace. I know a lot of Pace alumni who have achieved a lot and are leaders in the business world. The nursing program is top 10 in the nation and it's environmental Law program is number 3. Pace continues to grow and it's reputation gets better and better. The new president is doing a great job and is really making Pace a great school. Attend Pace if you are looking for a real college experience. Get ready to work and have fun!

Great school to kick start your career. Majored in Business and currently working for a big investment firm. Went to university after the Marine Corps; I really made the most of what Pace had to offer. alumni 03

Worst. School. Ever. Would be just alright as an extremely overpriced commuter school, but the staff of the OSA make life miserable for everyone. Incompetence, arrogance, unhelpfulness and ignorance seem to be the most highly valued attributes for anyone seeking a position in this office. These people are the poster models for lazy, stupid, can't-get-a-job-in-the-real-world workers. Frankly, the staff at your local DMV is lightyears ahead of this crew. Not worth the money and headache, IMO. I only gave Pace one star because you have to give the subject at least one star to publish your review. If I could give Pace negative stars, I would.

What an appalling waste of time and money this place is. Overpriced, third-rate teachers, and the worst administration and management on the planet. Parent, beware. They will lose your tuition, they will lose courses your kids took, they will try to throw your kid out of the dorms in the middle of the night because they lost your room and board payment, they'll lose your info for the meal plan. Do NOT send your kids here. CUNY is a MUCH better education for FAR less money.

This school is really awful. The faculty doesn't care about the students and doesn't seem to care about the subjects they are teaching. In my experience, I've had two professors who were actually worth shelling out thousands of dollars for. Otherwise, the teachers just spout exactly what you read on your own. So what are you paying for? It's so impersonal! The admin. and people who work in the Office of Student Assistants will give you the run around like no one else! You can't get anything done. All the red tape you have to go through to do something as simple as getting them to accept your loans will make you want to tear your eyeballs out! It's an awful location. After 5 P.M. this area becomes a ghost town! The building is old and outdated. The library is laughable! There are no outlets to plug in your lap tops. Okay, I lied, there's about 10 outlets. It's really terrible. They will let ANYONE in to this school. You'll be surrounded by ignorant ass... Read more

Pace U is a great school, with lots of things to do. There are many clubs, organizations, and great faculty and staff that are here for the students. Although some students may go home on the weekend, its what you make of it. It is a diverse, accepting community. The offices are a bit messed up. But if you stay on top of them you will get what you need. Its a good school, PLV is better...and Im glad I came here

As a parent, I have to say that dealing with the administrative offices at Pace is a nightmare. The offices are mostly staffed by workstudy students who haven't got a clue, many of them are not informed about privacy and confidentiality rights, nor do they even bother to do their jobs properly. The actual administrative staff (who seem to think that we, as tuition paying parents, don't actually pay their salaries) are rude, ignorant and unhelpful. I ended up bribing my daughter to transfer out and attend another university by renting her a dream apartment in the city.

I loved Pace. I thought the professors and coursework were amazing. I just graduated with a Communications Degree and I am very happy. When I go on interviews, a Pace University education is highly respected. So for everyone who says Pace sucks probably thinks the majority of Universities suck. My good friend went to Harvard and a lot of her course work was not as hard as mine. It doesn't matter what school you go to it's what you do with the education. This school SUCKS! Why are people paying 45,000 a year for nothing! DO NOT go to this school, and if you do...transfer! This campus has not been touched since the 70's, dorms are peices of shit, the one classroom building is a joke, i could not tell you where the money everyone spends goes to. I jumped ship after one year, crappy commuter school, zero social life, split campuses is absolutely retarted. High schools are better than this its a joke it sucks

Worst school ever. Want to spend a ridiculous amount of money for a mediocre education? The students are just as rude and materialistic as the staff. Many of the professors are completely incompetent. If you're lazy, enjoy drinking/partying, want an easy A+ by breezing through the college scene without learning a goddamn thing, this is the school for you! Good luck, suckers. Oh, and it's known as the "airport school". Everyone's transferring after two years, so don't bother.

Pace is expensive and over-rated for 90% of its programs. The Administrative staff - Admissions, and financial aid are clueless and are not outright honest about costs and finacial aid - if you love too have large student loans than this is the place for you!

Business is an ordinary career. landing any type of accounting job in is easy at any college.... Pace isnt even ranked one of the best 361 best colleges in in America by US news and reports I'd recommend St.Johns even before pace.

I enjoyed my time at Pace and landed a 60k a year accounting job right after graduation. I know many people who went to NYU, majored in garbage and couldnt land a decent paying job after graduation. It's all about what you major in and how well you do and far less about where you actually go.

It is not that bad of a school. College is what you make of it anyway. Pace is getting better every year. A lot has changed in four years. Now that the president is retiring, Pace's future looks much much brighter.

I go to Pace in Pleasntville, NY. Very big commuter school, no other schools around so it's not a big college town at all. The town is cute, and its close to the city. Good nursing course!

Pace University's Law School is just a big show drama to gather funds, no educational background and the faculty is as arrogant as the President of US.
