Wed Jun 16 2010Has had my gear for many months, will not answer his phone, voicemail is always "memory full," when I stop by the shop just to pick up my unrepaired gear, either he's not there or he does not answer the door, DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS. I don't even know if the place is functioning or not . . . just want my gear back, cannot get it. Thinking of hiring a lawyer. Ridiculous.

Sun Jan 31 2010Took him 2 keyboards a roland rd-700 and a korg m1. He fixed them in a day. They are in great working condition now. Liked the service so much i left him another keyboard to fix. Thats over $4000 in equipment i have left him now.. btw i have never heard of a $2000 casio.

Mon Jan 18 2010Dropped a mixer off on December 15, 2009 and still haven't got it back as of January 19, 2010. He doesn't answer phone calls and doesn't return messages. He's not open during his regular business hours. On top of all that, he's trying to charge me a $37.50 bench fee. I tried numerous times to get my mixer before he started working on it. Don't waste your time!

Mon Dec 14 2009mailed my Casio keyboard to MR. E's electronics...back in June 2009 ..it is now Dec 2009..they still have it. Wont return my phone calls. TRACY EMBERSOLD. YOU need to CALL me IMMEDIATELY. I expect MONEY to replace this keyboard or the keyboard in working condition. updated: 3/23/2010 Tracy Embersol's answering machine is currently another sob story regarding his mother in law passing away. By the way TRACY is DIVORCED. Last time I spoke to him he was crying over a divorce. What does that matter? I was going through a divorce too! Get over it Mr.Embersol. PLEASE give me something nice to say about you. Stop making excuses man up and take care of your business! I want my board back! June will make it ONE year that this man has had MY keyboard. Sat Oct 10 2009Rhodes was fixed with 24 hours. Lots of problems with Roland keyboard. Too many that were not written down and too many good things that took place to help this customer in this repair to help this customer even if this is how he feels. Blessings to him and to each person who comes to this shop for a repair. It is our mission statement is to "provide quality service reasonably priced". The words speed, fast, quick, or now are not in the above sentence. Quality is not easy, cheep or free. Just like a good restaurant its is crowded for a reason.

Tue Jul 14 2009Horrible experience…took keyboard…took over month…got my stuff prioritized by giving TRACY EBERSOLD cash..said it’s quicker that way…got my gear back n worse shape.. 1) Keyboard1 (Korg Triton): Problem before MR E’s: sticking keys, needs cleaning, and new buttons.. After: lost all my music/patches/everything..MEMORY DUMPED… 2) Audio/Midi Interface (Edirol) Problem before MR E’s: buzz in channel 2. After Mr E’s: buzz out of headphones, still buzzes in channel 2, poorly reassembled 3) Keyboard 2(fender Rhodes); Problem before MR E’s: Needs tuning, needs to replace tines, damper pedal After MR E’s: still needs tuning, needs to replace some tines, added a part that doesn’t work, charged me for labor and the part is super-glued in the wrong place? ……………………………………………………………………………………..
