if I could give no stars I would. they are not helpful, professional or organized. I got misquoted by a lot($300 under to be exact). they made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. the doctor forgot my appointment. I know this only because the receptionist was telling her off over the phone before she came rushing in, very late. completely useless!!!

The dr and her assistant gave me the exact results i was looking for. I have such trust in them both that I am returning next week for more

The place was in an apartment, kinda disorganized, and not very professional feeling (they had double booked me and another woman and asked us if we would mind going for our massages together).

The staff was professional and helpful. I was greeted by a medical doctor who does all the procedures. It is comforting to know that a medical doctor is performing the services. The environment was clean and inviting. The best part is all the services are non-invasive. I saw some pretty impressive results. This is just what I was looking for since I am terrified of surgery. What a professional, welcoming and immaculate medi-spa. After some bad experiences at medispas who claimed to have medical supervision, I decided I would never again risk my safety. It's really important to know that she is a medical doctor and that she herself does the procedures.....I saw some great results, and they had all the answers to my questions.....

Orchid Aesthetics' homey environment made me extremely at ease and comfortable with the office itself. I went to the office for a free expert consultation and the doctor was extremely friendly and patient with my questions. I was so surprised to see that the office was set up in such a way that I felt like I could lounge and relax. Since it was my first time coming into the office, the staff offered me their "Special Summer discounts" which gave me a bigger incentive to come back for a next visit. Next week I will bring along my best friend for her free consultation, she will be thrilled with the summer discount rates at Orchid.

Walking into Orchid Aesthestics, I was greeted by an exciting staff, and a comforting Orchid aesthetics is just a professional medical spa, instead the spa makes you feel at home and sends you home beautiful mentally and physically.

I went to Orchid Aesthetics on the refferal of a very good friend of mine, and visited the spa for the first time, and had a wonderful My friend received a free Mei-Zen acupuncture because it was a special that Orchid Aesthetics is running for the summer. I am looking forward to a rejuvenation of my appearance, and received several Botox injections, and was so much less expensive that other spas!

I went to Orchid Aesthetics because a friend referred the spa as a location where to get the services that I wished to receive at a reasonable rate. I enjoyed my Botox session with the Dr. who administered the injections and I am seeing results already.

I was a little uncertain of what to expect since I am not too fond of needles, and I felt very comfortable and relaxed when I received face and neck acupunture at Orchid Aesthetics. It's a new spa located conviently on the upper west side, and I enjoyed the experience greatly, and I will will be returning for more treatments.
