Sun Dec 28 2008Some of the most over-priced garbage you can eat. How they stay in business is a wonder. Must be lots of people with no taste buds.

Sun Nov 09 2008I used to only be able to see them in Ohio but a few years back they opened one in Cool Springs Galleria Mall in Franklin, TN I love the original Julius as well as the Strawberry Lemonade

Tue Jul 01 2008Five stars for Orange Julius drink. Used to get one on occasion at the local mall. Never tried the food as it was limited. The O.J. drink was actually a fairly healthy alternative to the usual sodas and such at the mall. I haven't seen an O.J. anywhere lately.

Tue Feb 20 2007I used to hit this place up all the time when I was a kid, but sadly there are none left where I live. (sniff)

Mon Jun 05 2006Can you say early 1980's. Evidently there are some still roaming around in a mall in Minnesota or Iowa...

Mon Feb 13 2006Are they still around? I have not seen one in years and they were never that good which is why I thought they had faded into fast food history. Update: I saw one some where, I can't remember where but it was part of something else like a Dairy Queen.

Mon Dec 12 2005Five stars for the name alone. The drinks are ok I guess , but 5 stars for the cool name, which is what I wish it would say on my driver's license instead of my real name.

Mon Jun 13 2005The drinks are tasty. I have never ordered their regualr food and never had a desire to. Their is only 1 in the local mall here. Comments about them being expensive may be true but I have'nt been there enough to notice.

Wed Sep 22 2004Gave this a terrible rating because the prices for these to sweet drinks are highway robbery!! Do not recommend. A heck of alot cheaper to go the the store, buy a can of frozen orange juice, vanilla ice cream and ice and blend together. I could probably make 20 drinks for the price of one Orange Julius!!

Thu Sep 16 2004The drinks are fine, if a little over-sweet. The dogs would be better served to canines.

Thu Sep 16 2004This is another one of those places that has been around for years. They have not only been consistent with their quality and taste, but they have actually improved. Still a great drink!

Fri Jan 02 2004Orange Julius is a nice change of pace from other fast food chains when you are out and about shopping or whatever you like to do on a lazy weekend. Their beverages are very refreshing and almost always hit the spot. Usually you can find an Orange Julius in almost every mall in America. The last time I checked, Orange Julius was owned by International Dairy Queen, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. And this would be another explanation as to why their beverages are so good ! I don't know any fast food chain that makes you feel as happy as Dairy Queen does after a visit...

Sun Aug 17 2003I'd never heard of Orange Julius until I saw that skit on SNL with Stallone

Sun Jul 20 2003There's nothing like getting a Tripleberry smoothie at Orange Julius to pick you up. It's pretty hit-or-miss when it comes to which flavors suit the individual, and there are some that you're probably going to think taste horrible, but you find the right flavor, it's great. At some locations (perhaps all, I don't know for sure), they have the option of adding vitamins and such into the drink for an extra boost (Never tried it myself, honestly, but it's kind of neat to know that they offer it). If you try it once and the flavor's not for you, I'd encourage you to not get discouraged and try to find another flavor that might be suitable to your palate.

Tue Jul 08 2003Do these places still exist? In the 1950s and 1960s they were all over New York. Haven't seen one in decades. This was real declasse down-market food, but there was something of a cheez appeal that made you go to this chain. Self-flagelation, I guess. Three stars for curiosity.

Wed Dec 04 2002Let them put in the raw egg....taste far better. The odds of a bad egg are currently 1 in 20,000.

Thu Nov 28 2002I've only had one thing from here, the Orange Julius drink itself. It didn't sound good to begin with, but a friend of mine talked me into it. Well, after drinking it, I kept wishing I had a Dr. Pepper or Coke to wash out the taste. I'm rating this based solely on the drink.

Mon Dec 24 2001Oh, wow - flashback to the local mall circa 1973! I haven't had something from Orange Julius since who knows when. I do remember that I kind of liked the flavor of the drink but for some odd reason it never seeming cold enough. I have a vague recollection that they also had a decent tasting hamburger.

Thu Apr 05 2001The right mix of fruits at Orange Julius, what a perfect delight, the wrong mix, a long nightmare. It depends on what you order here. If you mix strawberries with bananas or blueberries then it's tasty, but with oranges, it's a night you won't forget, with constipation all night long. You have to be prepared.

Sun Feb 18 2001Every once in a while at the mall, I just gotta have an Orange Julius' strawberry Julius. -So icy cold and flavorful!!!

Wed Dec 13 2000Orange Julius is a great way after exercising or trying to stay fit to get Vitamin C and other valuable vitamins. They are good tasting and refreshing on hot days, although they are sometimes expensive and high in calories.

Fri Nov 24 2000Besides the fact this place has a very small menu selection, I enjoy the drinks they serve. The customer service is usually very good because of the smallness of the store- homey. Working at Jamba Juice, I have several opinions of smoothie/juice bars.
