Optical Boutique

I purchased $600 eye glasses here. Subequently, I took them to another location to get them fixed and I was informed that the quality of the lenses was poor. I called to get my prescription so that I could get them repaired and I was told by "Anna" that she would not provide it to me. The next day I called and a gentleman faxed it. This place is rude, unprofessional and before I wrote this I called Anna again and I was met with her rude tone again. Hence, I took the time to write this.
