Tue May 13 2008Try as we may to avoid it, they always find a way to get it to us. Can't win for losing, I guess. But, I have a built-in shredder that's good for this stuff. Here, kitty, kitty, kitty....

Tue Jun 20 2006My mom always opens the mail that doesnt interest me. I always think i should have a large trash can by the door with a shredder on top, so i can shredd the junk mail as it comes in the house.

Sun May 21 2006This one is a pain to do up front, but well worth the effort. I was spending too much time not to mention electricity running my shredder with all the junk mail I was receiving. Now I wish I could prevent all the junk email I get.

Sat May 20 2006This has a twofold advantage: helping the environment and saving yourself from possible identity theft. Yesterday my husband found out that he has a late payment due for his credit card . . . that he didn't even know he had. Sure, he COULD have ordered pizza back in Baltimore (9 times in less than a month), but I'm sure it must have been a hell of a delivery charge to send it about 900 miles south to Florida. Yeah, so we reported to the fraud department (turns out he/she tried to order a computer from Gateway, too . . . which is understandable, because after eating $550 worth of pizza in one month, undoubtedly your ass is far too large to fit through your front door, and being able to order food online would be helpful, I'd imagine. You'd better believe I'm doing my own "research" with the companies involved, and I'm taking down addresses, numbers, and hopefully I'll get a name eventually).
