Opentip was very prompt and helpful - answering pre-order questions and hunting down answers they didn't know. I told the sales lady I needed the watches by the upcoming weekend. She was going to check with the warehouse the following morning if it would get to me in time or if we had to 2nd day air. She forgot to call me back. When I called them they apologized and offered to split the next day cost with me. I turned them down because that would have completely eliminated their profits and I had a work-around for the weekend; but the offer was extremely pleasing. I will definitely order from them again.

Thier customer service was great! Usually, I emailed my questions to customer service and received their responses next day. However, they replied to me a few hours later, so I could place an order for 10 of stopwatches with lower price at the same day! (Got thier response twice!) I'd love to come back to this shop:)

They ONLY ship to billing address. Even though I specified on their site a different shipping address, they later called me and said they can only ship to billing address. It was a hassle since I had to make a trip to retrieve them from another place. Otherwise agree with the other reviews - they are cheap, and ship quickly. The customer service representative didn't really speak English very well, though, so was kind of hard to understand.

I am a jazz pianist/entertainer. When I needed a white tie and cummerbund to play for a formal affair, I found that the local stores did not have "self-tie" white bow ties; only the phony-looking hook-on types. Ordered monitor wall mounts for work and couldn't find a better price. They were 25% less than who we previously ordered from. I would highly recommend to purchase from a cost savings perspective. Shipping time was not that long either. Have had some problems getting answers from customer service via live person, one time mid way through conversation my chat session all of a sudden ened, which is the only reason why 4 stars instead of 5.

I recently purchased a co2 refill kit from opentip. One thing that was great was that opentip had the lowest price around by as much as $30-$40. The package arrived quickly. The product is fairing pretty well, but I have had to make a minor repair to it already.

I ordered a birdfeeder. It arrived quickly and was in excellent condition. I would have given a "great" rating however Customer Service called me with a question about my address. They were courteous however their English was so difficult to understand. I am patient and well used to communicating with people who don't speak English as their native tongue. I would just like to give a tip to the company that it would help them if they used those who were more fluent in English to make the Customer Service calls.

I ordered the sunflower pens as a baby shower favor for 45 attendees. The ordering process was easy and came quickly but the sunflowers were ruined when I got them because the petals were all wrapped up and crushed down. UPDATE to TERRIBLE! After giving OpenTip a bad rating, I recieved a call from their Customer Service Dept. I could not understand the message ( I think her name is Stephanie) but a couple of days later I recieved another call from OpenTip Customer Service and the Customer Service Rep asked me to let her know why I gave a bad rating. I let her know that the Flower Pens ordered for the baby shower were ruined due to the shipping. She asked me if they could be reshipped and I said no for 2 reasons: 1. Possible the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I tried to return a product but the receptionist I got spoke poor English and told me my return was being processed. I tried to call them three times and emailed them twice but got no responce. They apparently do not want to take my expensive product back. They should at least have the respect to tell me so and not string me along.

I purchased to toasting flutes for my wedding. The package arrived on time and safe. The flutes stand in a vase together, and were engraved with our names and wedding date. I can't complain about the seller. They did everything right! I'm just not sure that the flutes are of very good: a couple of blemishes in the glass and it would have been nice to be able to choose the font of the engraving. Overall: seller did great job getting the product to me, but I'm not sure I like what I got. Because it's engraved, I can't return it.

I was satisfied with the customer service (especially how quickly the order was shipped) but NOT the product. It was a Kate Aspen bag that I ordered for bridesmaid gifts, and it was very cheap looking. The monogrammed letters came in a separate bag and you had to snap them onto the cosmetic bag. No impressive! However, I did not have enough time to return them and order something different.

I had an AWFUL experince with Opentip I wouldn't order from them again even if it was free. The first problem began at payment even though I am 1 million percent positive I hit Pay Now it never went through. After 5 days still nothing from the company - no confirmation etc so I double checked sure enough the payment did not go and it was sitting on the same page. This time I had to hit it twice for it to finally work. So I called customer service and the 5 words I could understand were muddled at best I still don't completely know what she said. Secondly, even though it was in stock it still took 5 business days (7 days in reality) for it to ship. And then after all the nightmare it was the wrong product. BUYER BEWARE. A product that should have been here in 5-7 bus. days took 19 days to arrive and it was wrong. I will be calling customer service tomorrow pray I can understand them however they will understand me - overnight NOW and FREE! Spend the extra money and go somewhere else...
