I have had very decent service from ONECCO. I have been using them for years and bought over 150 times from them. All-in-all they have had good prices and fast turn around on the order. I always use the free shipping and it comes in about 3Business days. Rather than what they advertise it as: UPS Ground 1-6B.. days I continue to be a loyal customer.

Excellent customer service, resolved delivery/stolen package problem quickly...A++++++ We ordered an Apple iPod for our Grandson from ONECCO, about a week before Halloween. During this tme, our neighborhood HOA was reporting stolen packages that were being delivered from Fedex and UPS. When our package was dropped off, nobody was home to bring it in and then we believe it got stolen. Fedex had a confirmed delivery code online, stating the package had arrived on 10/28. We contacted ONECCO via email thinking all was lost, but it was worth a try to see if they could help. To our surprise, we were ecstatic to see that they responded the next day and were willing to replace the package that was stolen without further charge. What's more, they replaced it using 2 day Fedex delivery! I was looking for a digital photo frame to be given as gift to my wife. I am not in my city due to some work I am in a different place. I thought it will be a perfect gift when I go back to her. I did a lot of research and finally zeroed on XDM 8 inch Digital photo frame based on reviews abou the product.  I found it at 99.99 $ on some websites. One day, I checked on deals2buy.com and found that , this item is available at 44.99 $.  Then, I checked the reviews about ONECCO on various forums in the net. I think most of the places they were not greatly positive rather negative many places . But I just don't want to loose this product and so wanted to give a try. I should tell you that ONECCO's  website is not so greatly built but a moderate one. The search feature on the website is not as good as other resellers. Product arrived quickly. The problem is that UPS left it at the door in a TROPICAL RAINSTORM. It got soaked, and it was a box with electronics in it. No way to phone Customer Support about it. Had to email, then rep called & said no more of that item.

They always ship quickly. This package was damaged and I haven't had a chance to make sure all the pieces are there.. but I think UPS did it, not ONECCO.
