Ocean Club

I've been to this place on two seperate occasions and it was lame as hell! absolutley DEAD inside and it was a saturday night. the dj played 90's music into the nite while two older tourists danced on the bar and knocked each other over. the bouncer had a HUGE attitude problem. after arguing with him for ten minutes that my ID said i was 23 (he obviously isn't good at math), i asked for him to call another bouncer over to check my ID. That guy confirmed it and told him how to add it up correctly and they finally let me in WITHOUT an apology for calling me a liar to my face. Would NEVER go there to party again.

I've been there on everynite at some time since being here...you gotta get there early..It gets busy super quick..a line starts forming around 7:30/8:00 pm..Good deals on the food..:0) the prices for the ahi can't be beat .the last saturday of the month is da bomb with the pirhana room

I haven't been out with the guys in a while and we went to Oceans last Thursday. Aside from a short wait to get in, the rest of the night was a huge blur of chicks, drinks and dancing. Paid for it the next morning, but it was worth it!

Oceans is the place to be on every Thursday and the last Saturday on each month. They have awesome Gogo dancers tearing up the stage, great to look at. It gets pretty crowded but who wants to go to an empty club? There are a lot of hot babes there, even dancing on the bars later in the night. Good place to hook up if you got what it takes. Corona's are always on special Thursday nights and thats always an event for me. My friends and I always have a good time there. Plus, you dont have to worry about getting into fights or anything because the crowd is all about partying and the bouncers are pretty on it.

The door staff here will is always really friendly. My friends like to arrive early for happy hour. The calamari and crab dip is the best! The bartenders always remembers our faces and treats us like friends. The music is a good mix of everything and the best part is they let you dance on the bar!

For a line so long, you would think that the place would be worth the wait. With a ridiculous VIP line and a "loser" line extending out the sidewalk, the place is not all that great. The music is totally variable and althought ladies night on tues and aloha shirt night on thursday is okay, the crowd is generally not that sophisticated and very homogenous...I'd rather be somewhere else...

This club can be great depending on the night. On the weekend, I recommend going on a theme night. These are the most fun. Oceans provides a really fun atmosphere on these nights. The other weekend nights are just alright. I'd rather go somewhere else on those nights. Tuesday nights are really fun. There is a good crowd on that night. The staff has been really friendly to me so far.

Horrible!! Short bald steroid doormen with bad attitudes, unattractive trailer park locals, 1000 people with 3 bars and the worst service in the free world make the Ocean Club the worst night spot I have ever been to. DO NOT GO THERE!! Unless you wan´t to see how not to run a nightclub.

Ocean was a letdown for a few reasons. It had been highly touted by a friend but didn't live up to expectations. The wait in line on 2 separate nights was a long and extremely boring 2 hours(we gave it the benefit of the doubt and attributed it to the night we chose-nope). The dance floor is extremely small and crowded-yet the drunk girls and guys still flail their arms so much you can't help but get nailed in the head. The DJ seems hung up on music from the early 90's and rarely seems to play a recent jam. For the 2 hour wait, it wasn't worth it. But I guess if you're single and looking to hook up, that's the place to go, there are a lot of really drunk people there that seem to lose all of their inhibitions.
