We appreciate any and all feedback we receive. We address every issue in a professional and timely manner. We have worked with this client for many years and since the beginning she has been difficult. We have always gone out our way to make her happy. For instance, she requested to have the team come all the way back to pick up one Cheerio that they have missed on the kitchen floor and they did. In addition, there were many times when the team arrived at her home and had to wait for her up to half an hour just to gain access to the house. It is our policy that the client is either; home and able to let the team in when they arrive or provide a key or some other type of access. She always refused to provide means of access and always refused to pay for the time the team had to wait for her. NW Housecleaning did a deep-clean on my house after I had moved out of it, in preparation for our new renters. All I can say is "Wow". The house is the cleanest it has ever been. We had a bathtub with terrible hard-water build-up. I tried to clean it, and could never get it clean. The tub looks terrific now. They did a great job.

I showed them what I wanted done and then went right to work. I have 5 bedroom 3 bath house. I am very impressed with the amount of detail. They worked since the minute they got here until it was done. Everybody was very friendly, they knew what there were doing, and ask me to check overeverything before they left. The next day a got a call from the office to make sure everything went well. I've never seen my house this clean. Now I get to enjoy my house. I am already on weekly schedule.
