0 stars My advice to anyone considering this Northern American Van Lines in Dallas----STAY AWAY. They completely botched my son's move from Dallas to Kansas City. Their representative promised delivery on a certain date, in writing, and 21 days after the promised date, and after over 50 calls and emails, his property was delivered....with one whole box missing. Their customer service is non-existent. They are hoping people think they are North America Van Lines, a reputable company. We have filed complaints with Better Business Bureau and we have contacted North America Van Lines concerning their obvious ripping off of this company' s brand. Stay away from them or you will regret it like we do. The professionalism of my representative from the company was amazing.I was helped from beginning to end

I had step by step help from my representative(Kimberley).she answered all my questions and helped me with everything I need.I was very happy with her and the service the company gave me.they were patient and helpful.

This is a terrible company. Absolutely they are cheater. Let me talk about what they did me and after you will decide what kind of company it is. first of all my wife contacted with them. they were very polite but we couldn't realize that it was just fake to catch us. We asked every details and we told them whatever we have for moving. just like i said b4, they said "ok" politely, we got a price from them. first cheating they came home to pick our furnitures. they said your furnitures are heavy, we should extra charge. ( $300 more ). of course we refused them but they told us we already came here and you have to pay for pick up. Basically they forced us about that. We had to rent them. After they picked our furnitures, we couldn't take back them almost 1 month. They called us 15 days later and we learnt that the truck was still in Dallas. They didn't send them yet. DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!! I would rather give this a no star rating, but I was forced to give it one. All of the five star ratings are done by the company. Keep scrolling through all of the comments and you will catch the real reviews in between their fake ones!!! It has been 13 days after the "CONTRACTED" date for my stuff to arrive. I AM STILL WAITING!!! When they picked up my stuff they charged me $700 more for things that I thought were "BINDED". The customer service rep that I have been in contact with now has a DISCONNECTED NUMBER.

HI...Move with Northern American Van Lines and you are done for your life... All my boxes were ripped open, Wine collection was missing, clothes and furniture missing... Horrible as they can be rude attitude , claim support line is disconnected and they make you sign papers for waiver of insurance..Cannot believe that I actually called them up and paid them to rob me off my house... What is the gaurantee that your stuff will reach the destination? Whats the destiniy for people who get robbed by them??? Horrible experience with Northern American Van Lines....Horible, Horrible Horrible... Everyone who reads reviews should remember good reviews are written by the employees of the company themselves...if the service or the moves turn out to be good no one has enough time to write good reviews...so dont ever believe the good reviews that follow the bad ones.

They came on time, kept their price range as promised, they were polite and professional. In general I can say that I had a very good experience moving with you guys.

Quoted: 5-14 days; later told 5-14 business days; then told next available truck; now at 34 days (24 business days), was told delivery would be on dates that are 42-45 days after pickup. Save yourself the heartache. Wonder about movers who have only 1 star and 5 star reviews.

I recently used them and it's now nearly 2 months later and I'm still being haunted by this moving experience. There really isn't anything I can say poositive about the move. I was promised the world by my sales rep Pete who is just that a salesman. Promised me used boxes if I went to the warehouse and picked them up, Called every day never got one box. Wound up buying them. Promised a delivery of my furniture in a 2 day window. Never happened didn't have a driver and when he finally called me he was alone on the truck and had to find someone to help him, further delayed the move. I recently moved from Tx to Fl and used Northern American Van Lines' services and was very pleased! The company was very professional and delivered my items in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company!

These people are lairs do NOT use them. Over the phone agent who arranged the move flat out lied about cost, fees, and operation. When asked if they own their own trucks, I was told yes. This was a lie. The move was contracted out to a 3rd party. On pick up after loading my stuff they increased the cost of the move by 150% or get charged a $500 "unloading fee" to get my stuff off the truck. The movers that showed up tried and did over charge for pre-negated items like number of stairs, packing items, and box cost. My shipment was delayed for over 10 days, and NO one ever contacted me. I had to hunt them down to get any information. I am still waiting for a call to explain how my estimate was for far off. I'm not holding my breath.

This company was helpful and informative from day one. there was no hidden information, no surprises. my items arrived on time, in good condition. Everybody was very nice and professional. Thank you Northern American for making my move as pleasant as possible!

I just ended my move with Northern American Van Lines and i must say they were EXCELLENT. the movers were polite and professional, The price was just like the estimate (with NO surprises like with other movers) and i got my stuff back exactly when they told me that i will. I would like to recommend them to everyone - they are the best

$15000 total nightmare. Every single piece of furniture either gouged or broken. Liquor and wine collection gone. Paintings gone . Kitchen stuff-expensive pots and pans and appliances gone. Boxes rifled through and antiques gone. We paid an extra thousand for insurance and have not collected a penny after 2 years. We have paid dearly twice over of the mistake of using these horrible movers. They can easily post their own favorable reviews so beware.

I used Northern American Van Lines service to move to Texas. I was very happy with the crew that showed up at my residence and would definitely use them again. Northern American Van Lines were professional and courteous throughout the whole process. They were easily reachable and always available, which was really great. They were fast enough to get ready within 4 and a half hours and also return my items all in a good condition. Good job and thank you to everyone who helped me through the process. I would use their services again in the future. Northern American Van Lines is a moving company that helped me a lot in all my moving process.
