My husband and I had already seen 2 other fertility doctors in LV. At both of their offices, we felt like cattle. They both seemed to only be interested in telling us how we needed IVF and that we had no other options. Plus, the price for their IVF was more than $20,000! Even though we didn't really like the doctor, and even though we couldn't afford it, we still REALLY wanted to have a baby. So my husband and I decided that we would apply for a loan for $20,000. Thank God my friend told me about a radio ad she heard about Dr. McConnell offering IVF for $4,950 before we applied for a loan! We thought it was too good to be true, so we went to a free seminar to check it out. We could tell right away that Dr. McConnell was different than the other doctors. She really took time to listen to us and our questions. She was very informative and made sure that we understood what she was saying. She told us that based on our medical results, we qualified to do the IVF cycle for $4,950... Read more

We just wanted to say thanks for the great care we've received. This whole process was emotionally rough but we always felt comfortable and treated with care and a personal touch-not just another patient. We are still amazed it took us only one try with one embryo. We can't wait for our little miracle to arrive! We will always be grateful and you will always have a special place in our heart!

We can't thank Dr. McConnell enough for the care she's given us and for helping make our fondest dream come true. We've waited so long and now it's all worth it!

Not a good experience at all. After TTC for 4 years we turned to Dr.McConnell at Nevada Fertility Cares. I always felt rushed in her office and the wait time was always 45 minutes or greater. After a failed IUI attempt the nurse called me to tell I was not pregnant and before I could even grasp the fact that we failed she was asking if we wanted to try another round and schedule another appointment. Would have been nice to hear personally from the doctor and had a more sympathectic voice on the other end. After moving to another clinic I learned the IUI I had just paid $2800.00 to Nevada Fertility Cares was covered under my insurance. The office staff at Dr.McConnell's did not run my insurance properly and we were told it was not a covered benefit when it was time to pay for the service. If they would have done their job we could have saved over $1500.00. So when I called to see if they could correct the problem alls I got were voicemails and no call backs. After several attem... Nevada Fertility Cares.....does not. They have horrible service. They dont return phone calls, they make you come in to pick something up, then tell you its not here, come back the next day, same thing. Dr. McConnell herself has her appt with you and rushes you out, you dont have time to ask any questions. I had to ask her when i could start another cycle as we were walking down the hall.....well they wont be getting my business for that next cycle. It takes weeks and weeks to get appointments with them. Dr McConnell said I was ready to go for my next IVF cycle, then I was told later by a nurse that we couldnt do it then because the lab was closed....the dr has no idea when the lab is closed?? Dr says she will get your paper work to the person in charge and NEVER does it! horrible place for people going through infertility to go! Oh, she also charges waaay more than even the best places in the US! And your appointment NEVER starts on time. Skip this place and save yourself s... Read more
