Well, I have never done a review on any thing in my life but I had to do a review on this company. On 10/30/2010 I purchased a DVD from MovieMars.com and recieved it and found that they shipped me the wrong DVD and it was not what I ordered (their mistake). I contacted MovieMars.com and a customer service person helped figure it out and straighten it out right away for me. Of caorse I was not really happy with getting the wrong DVD as any one would be. However, I have to say that this situation was different. I was really impressed and very happy with the way MovieMars.com's customer service took care of me and had to let others know because it is very rare these days that customer service people care and want to help you. They were very polite and helpful and I felt like they sincerely cared and wanted to help me with the problem. I have ordered several times now from MovieMars and each time have been very happy with the experience. They have items that I haven't found at other online stores and they ship quickly and securely. Every disc has arrived in perfect condition. The best thing is that their prices are almost impossible to beat. I ordered 2 discs August 11 and easily had them within a week. If I had known Movie Mars has an "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau, I would NEVER have purchased from them. They debited my bank card the day after I placed my order and then claimed they never had. Hence, I could not get a refund! After waiting all week for the order to process, I then had oodles of trouble trying to cancel the order. Their claim that they have items in their warehouse is dubious. Some of those really low prices may be for items never in stock. BEWARE! Don't shop here just to save a few bucks. It's not worth it--just plenty of headaches! They don't answer emails. No tracking of items.

I've never had any problems with the orders, everything has always gone smoothly and I've received the merchandise quickly. Now with free shipping, it's a no-brainer, Moviemars is always the first place I go. Another plus: Moviemars still accepts money orders for purchases, which is becoming increasingly rare online. Movie mars is a great seller! i was very suprised by all of the negativity. i placed an order in april for two items on ebay and they arrived way quicker than i expected! they also advertised it as used, but shipped me a brand new copy! their customer service is excellent and got back to me within an hour. people just have one bad experience and then express all their hatred towards this company, but they dont realize that this company has over a MILLION POSITIVE feedbacks on ebay and amazon. that is A LOT of happy customers!!!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

MovieMars (www.moviemars.com) is extremely unethical. Many consumers have placed orders and been charged but never received their merchandise. There is NO customer service at MovieMars - they ignore all emails, telephone calls and voice messages. Unfortunately, MovieMars does business under the banner of Amazon.com. Do not be fooled by the relationship. The high customer rating and positive reviews posted on Amazon.com are false. MovieMars mass-produces these reviews and blocks unhappy customers from providing negative feedback. To date, Amazon.com has not taken any action to address this fraud even though Amazon.com has been provided with information from numerous consumers. Do not be fooled... avoid MovieMars and save yourself your money and headaches! MovieMars is currently under investigation by the NC State Attorney General - Consumer Fraud.

What is most unfortunate is that Amazon.com continues to allow this company to run business under the Amazon.com banner. Many consumers have been charged by MovieMars for orders that they never received. There is NO customer service at MovieMars - the consumer is wasting his or her energy trying to get a resolution from this company. MovieMars does not reply to emails nor does it respond to telephone calls or voice messages. Amazon.com will not address problems with MovieMars even though Amazon.com permits MovieMars to function as a third-party seller through Amazon.com. I found MovieMars through the Amazon.com website. Since it was "endorsed" by Amazon.com and had great "reviews", I made a purchase with MovieMars. The Amazon.com site was not working properly (Internet Explorer incompatibility issue), so it was suggested that I go directly to the MovieMars website. I purchased several DVDs and provided my credit card for payment. I noticed that some items (DVDs) that Amazon said MovieMars could provide were not found on the MovieMars website so I sent an email inquiring about these items to MovieMars. No one ever responded to my emails. I also never received the email confirmation that my order had been placed. A few days later, however, I discovered that MovieMars had charged my credit card.
