I usually hate going to the dentist, but "Dr. Jeff" has just about changed my mind. We recently moved to Raleigh and he was recommended by a friend who has been his patient for over ten years. I went in for a cleaning and exam and appreciated that the wait was under five minutes. The hygenist cleaning my teeth was very friendly, and Dr. Jeff (he's really called that) took the time to clearly explain a problem that was identified during the exam and present me with my options. I never felt pressured and was very happy with the work he did when I returned. Although the office seemed busy, I never felt rushed and he even took time to tell me about interesting things to do around Raleigh. I've scheduled my children and husband for exams, and would definitely recommend him.

My friend referred me to Dr. Jeff. I needed new veneers that were old. My smile now looks very young and natural. Dr. Jeff took the time to speak with me about all of my options and the final results, and I liked his ?open? approach. I have had a lot of problems in the past with doctors/dentists ?dumbing things down? and not giving me a full picture of what will be happening during a procedure. I believe that the staff also made sure I was always given full attention. The office is beautiful and has easy access to the city. I also noticed several bird feeders outside the windows - I had a nice couple of minutes wait time and I enjoyed watching a beautiful set of yellow finches ? which helped me to relax. I also thought that the staff gave me their full attention, they were friendly, and did not try to rush things.

My dentist (for over a decade) and his staff are wonderful! Dr. Jeff is warm, friendly, and has a great sense of humor---which certainly is important for someone like me who is difficult to get numb and dreads any dental work. He and his assistant readily entertain my questions, make the whole process quick and painless (he wiggles my cheek so I don't feel the shot) , and give me confidence in thinking that not all dentists are sadistic jerks! He even has a machine that makes crowns in the office so you don't have to have 2 appts- nice to save time. I have only positive things to say about the front desk--they are knowledgeable, helpful and Michael is especially wonderful for scheduling procedures and remembering me. I highly rec. them to anyone seeking excellent care in a clean, modern setting.

I've had several dentists through my years...my experience here was the worst! Dr. Morrison was in the room for all of 1 minute and made so many recommendations for my mouth, I couldn't keep things straight. The best part of my cleaning and consultation was the hygenist's massage of my jaw to help my TMJ (I won't lie...the massage was amazing!). My husband left the office being told his teeth were so bad he'd have to come on every other month for a cleaning (the new dentist we have said his teeth were in great shape!). However, the staff was also difficult. Bugged me for months regarding a sky high bill...when I finally looked into my claim, I found that someone had mistakenly place my cleaning and my husband's cleaning on my own claim, so it looked like I'd had to sets of xrays and cleanings in one day. When I asked why I needed to pay for this up front when it wasn't my mistake...I was told I'd later receive a refund...I flat out refused and finally ended up with the proper bill of $... Read more
