Mitsubishi Montero

Loved my Montero LS. It was a very dependable vehicle and a very good 4x4. Lots of room and had a good look, which I enhanced with safari style add-ons. The 3.5L is a better engine than the 3.0, and it wasn't as good on slick surfaces as I would have liked, but all around a nice ride.

Lacking in power.

Don't buy one of these- thier unsafe. Consumer Reports tested 2 of them and BOTH of them flipped over during a very easy turn. Its third row is tiny compared to class, and its priced near an Expedition- terrible.

I hate this suv. My parents have 2 of them, and they have really bad handling. Not a very comfy ride

There is a BIG difference between the Montero Sport and the Montero XLS or Limited!!! I have driven several different types of SUV's in the past, and this one is by far the most comfortable and best handling. The sound system is incredible. The third 'fold under the floor' seat is a must have for anyone with children.

It's great, because has a great comfort and has more durability than the others. I have one and it work perfect
