This website is not one that has issues and makes alot of mistake this website is nothing but A SCAM! They have fake reviews on there website they update fake sales going on every month there bikes dont do anywhere near 47+ and they do not hold 290lbs I feel so sorry for these people who have purchased one for there kid for christmas or a bday and never gotten to ride it and then if you put gas in it you cant return it unless you dont put gass in it WELL DU how are you supposed to know if it works or not without gas not to mention they say they have 5 star costumer service BS BS and more BS please please if oyu are reading this report www.minipocketrockets.com for fruad you will save these poor families money time and ruined holidays

I ordered a pocket bike last year from MPR.com. first off the bike took two months to finally get to my house. i ordered an x18 and spent almost 800 on it. when it first got to my house the part that holds the oil was cracked. i called c/s and ended up cursing them out because i couldnt deal with them. so i went on and bought an engine from another company wich turned out great. the plastics were made of horrible material and broke by me jus leaning it against my car. then two weeks later the clutch broke. i ordered a new one from another company and put it on and it worked fine. then one day i was riding it nd the bike lit up in flames. it turns out that the gas tank was poorly made and had a whole in it wich dripped on to the wire harness and eventually on to the exhaust which caused it to spark and the cables caught on fire because of the gas that was on them. i spent so much money on this bike that i would never buy from them again. oh and when i got it none of the lights worked,an... The people at www.minipocketrockets.com don't deserve a single star nor does that piece of junk they sold me. I put gas in in and it runs out the bike everywhere. Do you really want you child riding something with a flamable liquid pouring all over the place on a hot engine. I called the company and they were rude and hung up on me. Sad that my son saved up $250 to buy this thing and can't even ride it. I'm going to contact the BBB and the California Department of Conusmer Affaris. These people need shut down. Rating this piece of crap doesn't deserve even one star! we spent almost $800. This piece of junk the choke wasn't connected to anything. The clutch cable broke. We had to take pictures of the clutch cable and choke! Then after all the darn thing didn't want to change gears. Then the piece that allows you shift with your foot broke!!!!! We were so pissed. Then we had a phone rep. said the choke was up under the motor. Who do they have taking these calls. She had no idea what she was talking about. Then we have been waiting on a battery. The battery sent had a dead cell so the auto parts store had to talk with someone to let them know the battery was dead. This was absolutely ridiculous! We ordered the darn battery in January and here it is April. What the heck????!!!!!! the reason i came here a couple days ago was because i never got a ups tracking number which scared me because i thought it would take a long time. i got it the 8th day and it had a little hole in box but nothing was broken or anything, i asked for orange, and the secondary color was maroon. i got red which was one thing they messed up with, it started up after a couple mins of messing with it, the instructions were kind of confusing and stuff was spelled wrong lol. the only other problem besides the color they gave me was the gas tank lid, it broke off because it was sodered cheaply. ive used like 2 tanks of gas and it rides pretty good, it goes 35 maxed out. Thought id let you guys kno a good side because i read all this before i got mine and it scared the shit out of me, but im satisfied with a 179$ bike. no other problems, i got all the parts and it runs good. i got it from minipocketrockets.com like everyone else by the way.

Worst mistake ever!! I purchased from http://minipocketrockets.com in November 2010, the bike was mashed from shipping. They asked me to send pictures of the damage. Once send I waited on the phone for another hour, once they received the pictures they said they would send the parts. It is now February 2011 and no parts. Just spoke with Jay from their service department for the 10th time and he said that it will take time to have the parts send overseas (it has been over 2 months already). I told him that it is crazy that it is taking this long and he said that he doesn't care its not his bike. Stay fare, fare away from minipocketrockets.com. Horrible experience.

I read the reviews on this site after ordering my GP RSR mini pocket rocket bike and I became really nervous about the product that I ordered. However, once it arrived, I was pleased. My bike came a week after I ordered it and the bike seemed to be in great condition. We did have a problem with the back tire being flat and I did have to replace the intertube. My only other complaint comes with the instructions. They were horrible and hard to figure out. We did get the bike started and put together but I didn't feel confident in it and took it to a shop and spent an additonal 60.00 to have them screw things on the right way. Now the bike is perfect. It goes really fast and is really easy to handle. I bought it for my 9 year old son and he loves it. I would recommend this bike to others.

Please DO NOT buy from Mini Pocket Rocket.com. We ordered one for my son for christmas and when trying to track the package we got a total run around. They lie and they are inconsistent with their lies. We cannot risk it not being here in time so I tried to cancel......too late to cancel but now I'm trying to get an RMA number to just send it back unopened and they emailed me saying call for rma instructions....then I call and they say theyl'll email me rma instructions. I'm so scared I'll be out over $700 it's making me sick. I believe the reviews on their website from customers are false. Every review I found online after we purchased is bad. I've called them about 20 times in the past two days and only spoke with 2 mayyyybe 3 different people. They could be running this out of their garage for all I know. PLEASE DON'T DO IT!

I ordered a mini pocket bike from minipocketrocket.com and it was the worst experience I have ever had. First the bike was a piece of crap, junk. It was used and damaged and missing parts. When I called to get a new one or refund they hung up on me. I am a business owner and I have never been so mistreated as a paying customer. I guess since they already got my money they didnt care.

One of my friends bought a bike off here about 3-4 years ago. He ended up selling to my other friend who treated it like shit and he ended up selling i to me for 40$ and have replaced some parts on it like the pull starter and fly wheel which are like 10$ on ebay. I have taken it apart multiple time and even when one of the rings around the piston broke and i lost the timing key it still runs. I plan one buying a dirt bike soon and i hope i have the same results!

i bought a bike from minipocketrockets.com and i waited a month to hear it was stuck in customs! and that i could pay 200 bucks to get it through! this is a crap website! dont deal with them. usapocketbikes.com i a little bit better. customer service is nice and polite, to me anyway.

this Company is terrible and the products are horrible. I ordered a mini pocket rocket for my son's birthday. The website reads "5 star Customer Service". I recieved the bike yesterday via UPS.... my son was so excited!! It WILL NOT START. Did everything to get this thing running.... until the pull start broke. Then we fixed that... and it broke again. I called the Company, left a message, did not recieve a call back. Called again and the guy who picked up the phone was rude as can be. Bikes are only returneable if you don't put gas in it. Well I wish I knew this thing wouldn't start before I put gas into it. We are out $250.00 and still need to bye my son a new birthday present. Please do not purchase ANYTHING from this company.... they need to stop getting rich on this scam. I didn't expect to pass this bike down to my grandchildren but I did expect my son to be able to ride it atleast once.

GP RS-R Pocket Bike from minipocketrockets.com -BAD BAD BAD company and poor quality product Our bike arrived via UPS and first off the bike arrived damaged in a raggedy box with one of the bands missing from the outside that holds the box together. Next we go to assembe the bike and the holes for the cheap rubber seat to go into the plastic body aren't even and won't line up so I have to drill a new hole myself in order to get the seat on! The chain cover is made of plastic which is NOT what their website depicts. There is a metal part of some sort that comes out over the top of the exhaust which arrived crooked to the right. I am so disappointed with the first impression of the bike. the paint job is very poor. The website says it comes with a tool bag which is literally a zip lock bag that says "tool kit". Although i have not yet tried to contact them i bought three bikes from them and all three broke down first one wont stay on second one the clutch broke into pieces and last one tire stayed stuck and clutch and pullstarter broke off yeah this sucks i wasted alot of money for christmas on these bikes

I ordered a mini pocket rocket for my son for Christmas. Although it did come and so far I have only been charged once, it does not run. Customer service is rude. They basically expected me to take the engine apart put it back together then call them back. I wish I had seen this site before I ordered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

First off if I didn't have to click on a star, I wouldn't!! Terrible piece of junk. I'd order a X7 and a MX3, there arrive late and damage. Parts are impossible to get even when it arrived damage!! DO NOT do Business with MiniPocketRockets.com!!! They are dishonest and should be put out of business. They lie about what they have in stock, they lie about when they ship, and when the product FINALLY arrives, it's NOT "ready to ride" as they claim. Parts were missing and the thing looked like it had been in an accident. Getting a hold of them is nearly impossible. They wanted to charge for parts that were supposed to be included, and needless to say, I did not get my money back for this piece of junk.

3 yrs ago we purchased a mini pocket rocket at minipocketrockets.com for my grandson and we were totally pleased. It took a few days longer to receive and had small damage on the back. It was hard to reach them by phone, but the damage was so minor that we decided to just not complain. My grandson got great enjoyment from his pocket rocket for 2 years. Last year we sold it at our neighborhood community yard sale because he out-grew it. I have read lots of complaints but I can honestly say our experience with the company was a good one. We are going to make another purchase from the company of a Quad for this Christmas and I am hoping I'm able to post another good review of that purchase.

Do not buy anything from Mini Pocket Rockets.com. My 11 year old son saved his money to buy a mini pocket rocket. It hasn't worked properly since we received it. It was shipped (from China of course) with the wheels loose in the box. There was no this side up on the box so by the time we received it most of the plastic body parts were broken. Finally got all that fixed tried to run it and springs broke, than had to order a new carborator (had to pay for it because they thought we were trying to get free parts out of them)!! The four wheeler is a piece of shit and not worth half of what we paid for it. Customer service is a joke, they could care less about all the problems you have with their product. My poor son has probably gotten 30 minutes total on the thing since we got it 7 months ago. My poor husband and neighbor (who is a mechanic) have spent hours and hours working on the stupid thing. This mini pocket rocket from accessories online is just a toy. And not a very good one. Their website is set up well and have a wide selection of cycles but oh boy, engines from China that are not much larger than a weed wacker motor. Quality ... white metal engine block .... cheap cheap cheap. I know of three kids, via their parents, who all waited forever to receive their motorbikes and once they put them together, all of the bikes had different issues. Two of them didn't start up and have sat around for 1 - 2 weeks waiting for parts. The company won't take the bikes back for new ones and won't send parts 1 - 3 days shipping. You have to wait and wait and wait. Stay away from this very bad Toy company.

I attempted to puchase a bike online. Says they ship 1-2 days. After 2 days nothing, cannot reach them on the phone, phone lines are full. I email them and tell them that I had better see a UPS ship. They send me a UPS ship notification that never changes from UPS received a shipping notice and no merchandise has been picked up. These people suck - stay away from them.

minipocketrocket.com intentionally sent me the wrong dirt bike. they only sell one type and it was not the same one pictured on their web site. they sent me an inferior bike. i am a motocrosser and i know the difference and it is vastly inferior. i am very disappointed!

Honestly mini pocket rockets did not live up to my expectations. First they sent the wrong bike with a broken battery. After them sending me a new battery for the bike (free of charge) it died after about 3 riding sessions (which added up to about an hour 30 min. I had not realized that it was the wrong bike until i compared it to my friends and found they were identical in every possiable way. They then refused to send me a new bike (the one i ordered) because they said i did not notice the problem right away. Overall the customer service sucked because any time i called i was on hold forever or they said the line was busy. i would have to say that the only decent thing is them sending me a new battery free of charge.

www.minipocketrockets.com is great.  I got a motorcycle somewhere else a while ago and went shopping again for another one.  This one was bought at MPR and I must say, it is way faster and constructed much much better than the old one.  I got mine within 3 days after I placed my order!! I was amazed at their qucik shipping times.  When I called their Toll Free number, their cool staff over there even gave me a steep discount for performance parts since I was a customer!!  Since then , I have had 6 of my friends get motorcycles from them and we race all the time.  The old one we got from another place is now sitting around cuz it's so slow.  I got to 41 mph on mine and I weigh 140lbs!  Only get your motorcycle from MiniPocketRockets.com!

I also bought a super pocket bike (x-18) from them and everything came correct beside's a little crack in the frame. I got it started with no problem and road it for about an hour before it shut down on me and had problems getting started since then. Everybody think they been calling off the hook please i been killing there phone line like crazy, finally got someone on the phone a few times and they been sending me parts with no problem free+shipping. The first part they sent me was a igntion coil and my bike only started once after 10 tries then shut right off after six seconds and kick start not helping neither, so i called again to complain and them sent me another one, a starter, batt,and a carb because they don't know what is wrong with the bike cause they are not there to see it so they started guessing i guess.
